A win tonight or the gimme next week against the Cats secure Domefield which will be huge but I get the ol 'Wanna be the best, beat the best' feeling with this one. No better time to do it than an epic MNF game plus these guys know IF they can get it done against the Saints its on cruise control in Week 16 and hell they just might be able to do that with the backups in the 2nd half anyway, U know who I got here the same way I've gone all year when they take the field YO -- FALCONS

I like the Saints tonight.  Atlanta is on a run, yes......but if Philly can beat them by 2-3 tds then, the Saints can.  Atlanta has slipped by a few teams this year and this is a big game.  I'll take the dog and Super Bowl champs.

An interesting fact, last team to beat the Falcons at the Dome were the Saints on 12.13.09    26-23.

Small play on Saints and a moderate play on the over.

PLUS,,  a teaser w/ Saints +8.5 and over 42

just something to think about, yes if the falcons win this game they secure first round. or they can wait tillnext week and do the same against carolina. with the realistic possibility of playing the saints in the playoffs, why would they play balls out and give up their secret recipe? if im not mistaking the same exact scenario played out last year on the jets and they got smoked in the playoffs becuase they new how they would be played from regular season

 yes falcons want to win, but it will be with vanilla type of plays and if they loose oh well. think of payton manning type of mentallity be safe and live to play another day.

falcons should win, but saints probably have a real good chance in this. this game is decided by 2 points. saints and the over.however the OVER is the safest play and thats the action im taking.

Saints run defense is porous at best.  Atlanta rushed over 200 yards in last meeting.  Atlanta ran over the Seattle rush defense last week and Balt ran for 200 yards over Saints last week.  Please tell me how history will change all of a sudden on rushing the ball.

I don't like the Saints. They are an excellent team, but are banged up and are going against an Atlanta team looking for respect on the big screen. Took the Atlanta Falcons -2.5 & OVER 49.5

So, you jump all over the 808 Picky Boy for being a "homer", but the guy with the moniker of "Atlanta Falcons" gets a free pass because he agrees with you?!?!?

People, people, people, please....... We're all on the same side here, right? We're not betting to win money against each other, right? It's us against the bookies - so, since this game is basically too close to call, and there's too much animosity between the 2 teams, and the consensus is basically a 50-50 split - which Vegas loves, by the way - why not jump on the more sure thing - let's look at the facts:

N.O. is 8-6 on the "over"
Atlanta is 9-4-1 on the "over
Over is 7-1-1 in Atlanta's last 9 games overall
Over is 6-1-1 in Atlanta's last 8 games as a favorite.
The over is 5-1 in the last 6 meetings between Atlanta & N.O. (and that 1 missed the over by 1.5 points)
N.O. averages 25.3 PPG
Atlanta averages 26.4 PPG

basically, both of these teams can score, and both of these teams have average defenses - why not take the over, or better yet, do what I did and parlay this:

Saints/Falcons over 44.5
Air Force -.5

$100 to win $208.93

Atlanta = Overrated

Taking the Saints to win with heavy on the over. Lots of offense in this one.

Saints know how to win on the road, plus they are not secured in the playoffs yet like the Birds. Saints need the win, Atlanta can secure home field next week against the High School Panthers.

I like that idea, If I have to take pick a winner, ATL since they do out play NO this year in NO backyard and do take beat Balt while NO struggle and lost all mine winning of the week to Balt. LOL.

Unless ATL have nothing to play for, else they should cover the spread with ease. IMO.
