you bet on the Giants on this one. The Giants monster D against that porus St. Louis Offensive line....it could get ugly

you'd think.... I just can't pull the trigger on this one either though... The rams have yet to play at home, where they should at least score a few points, and the giants aren't a team that blows anyone out.  they're all about ball control and clock management.  If all you can get on them is 10, they might not bother to score more than 17.

One more nugget to remember is Giants have 3 extra days to prepare coming off a Thursday game, that is factored into the line. That means alot in the NFL they are fresher and will have a better gameplan. 

Basically normally the spread would be 6 now its 9.  That makes it easier to swallow for me, like the Giants -9.

I KNOW THIS WAS A FEW YEARS AGO WHEN THE GIANTS HAD TIKI.........
 
but, i would say the STL Defense back then is probably better than the current one lol....

wangichu I think you are spot on - LOVE the Giants in this game, but they never blow anyone out...Washington game is perfect example.

I am a St. Louis resident and vegas is dropping the ball on the Rams spread!!!  They are never setting the line high enough and chalk bettors are in heaven on there games and should be!  Giants huge money line!!

Don't understand what was so impressive about the Giants last week- their D did look great but their O looked mediocre. After their first TD drive they where stopped on all their other drives getting 4 fg for the rest of the game. They let a bad Redskins team hang around to the 4th quarter- where if the skins could've worked a 2 minute drive they could take the game. A win is a win but not impressive.
With that being said- I know that the Rams are bad but so do the Gaints. Rams will be bringing it the best they can after being embarassed last week against the SB champs.
I'll take the +9 that will hopefully go up to 10 if I don't buy one.
On the Rams or a no play for me.

Avoid this one. The Giants did not look that great against the Redskins. They'll win -- but on the road it may be only by 6.
 
Not a bad tease though if you are into those things.

Don't over think this one...the Rams are pitiful and the Giants will prove it this week...i like the GMEN - 9 and O 42

The Giants can cover 9. They can annihilate the Rams if they so choose. I like the -105 -8 spread on skybook...

I thought my Dolphins looked pitiful last week until I seen what happened to the Rams.

 I have a lot of my stats easily pointing towards the Giants but of course nothing is ever easy in gambling.

Don't be public suckers here!  St. Louis will cover this game.  Historically the books rack in the money due to the public perception of week one showings.  Look for Stl, Jax, Detroit, and Seattle to show up big today and cover.  The public is pounding the opposite sides.

Kong you are dead on!! This is the same scenario last year when St.Louis came out stinking it up and played a road game against New Orleans.. They were a 10pt dog and won SU.. Public is pounding this one after Giants big division win and St.Louis pitiful performance against the Philly's.. Remember people these were home openers last week for playoff teams.. This is a huge letdown spot for the Giants.. LOOK OUT
