I think the Giants play better because they have film on RG3. They have to remember to keep contain, plus the NYGs play better on the road. They did a nice job on Rogers.

Big Blue hasn't covered against the Skins in the last 4 meetings and I expect that trend to continue. They should of lost outright last meeting at home and needed a 77 yard bomb from Eli in the final minutes to bail them out.
The skins believe they gave the Giants a gift with that one and will serve as motivation in this game along with the fact they are fighting for there playoff lives.

I won't be taking a side in this one. There are definitely some angles supporting a play on the Skins as Jersey_Pride mentioned (really loving that Bill Parcells icon). I think the line is right where it should be and don't really feel great about the Gmen in this spot either. Nor do I trust the Redskins defense enough to stop big blue. The Skins match up well with the Giants because the Gmen have shown they are susceptible to teams with a power running game, and the Skins will no doubt try to pound the ball with Alfred Morris and roll Griffen out with playaction. The Skins will also not lack the confidence to win this game after being so close to winning at MetLife earlier in the year. My one issue with backing the Skins is there soft defense. So no play for me on this one, but I'll be watching this one very closely. Not just because I'm a Giants fan, but I think the game has huge playoff implications for both teams, and from a betting standpoint, will provide us with information for a future play on either team.
Here's what I'll be looking for:
Number 1: DAVID WILSON: If the Giants have any serious ambitions about making a playoff run this year, they must start utlizing this young back. He's really explosive and was drafted only one spot behind Doug Martin. Coach Coughlin has no choice but to use him now given the injury to Brown (and Bradshaw's inability to be an every-down back). If Wilson can live up to his first round potential, then that would take a lot of pressure off Eli in the redzone because Ahmad Bradshaw has struggled a bit in short yardage situations. It would also be a huge shot in the arm down this stretch run because their schedule matches them up against some of the softer rush defenses in the league (Saints 31st, Atlanta 21st, Baltimore 26th, and Philadelphia 18th).
Number 2: RG III's 2nd Time vs Big Blue Def: This is no doubt the rookies biggest game as a pro. I am sure their were many in Washington that didn't think talk of the playoffs would be in the air as we hit week 13 in December. No doubt, the Shanahans deserve some serious credit for coming up with an offensive scheme that fits RG III perfectly. I am really interested in how Griffen plays against this Giant defense the 2nd time around with Kenny Phillips back in the lineup (assuming he plays). The Giants defense looked like a much more formidable unit with their 3-safety package that was on display last week. I know one game doesn't tell us a whole lot, but they did shut down one of the most elite passing attacks in the league.
If RG III can find a way to win this game, the Skins might just gain enough momentum to win the division or clinch a wild card. A few weeks ago, the experts at ESPN would have laughed at the chances of the NFC East sending two teams to the playoffs. Everyone was all over Tampa or New Orleans. The Skins will be hosting the Ravens next week (who have all but clinched their division). Then they play at Cleveland, at Philly, and host Dallas in the finale. Call me crazy, but those all sound like winnable games, and if Tampa and the Skins both finish at 9-7, the Skins would own the tie-breaker because they beat them earlier this year.
We know Washington's offense is good enough...we will just have to wait and see if their defense can step it up into the last quarter of the season.

I think Sammy hit upon a most important point,Gints ability to run against the Skins,if the Skins can shut them down (which is possible) it would force Eli to throw much more and open up the possibilty for Skins to control clock.Gonna be a beautifull nite for football up there.Leaning with the +3 or maybe the high total.GL
