How pitiful did the Raiders look last night?  Is it Kiffin's fault?  Davis?  both?  There is something wrong in Oakland and it doesn't look like it is going to get any better any time soon.  Anyone that had high hopes for Oakland this year must be banging their head against a wall right now.  Denver could not have been that good.

This is a BAIT game, majority of $$ is on the Chiefs and they still lowered the spread to -3.5 from -4. Raiders are the play.  I liked them before this, they ran the ball very well on the Broncos and the chiefs suck too bad to take advantage of their mistakes.

KANSAS CITY is the play for me. They are at home after staying close with the Patriots on the road. Their home opener in Arrowhead should have the place rocking, especially against the Raiders. Chiefs fans and Raider fans, I have tended to notice, hate each other.

Chiefs' D-line and linebackers are underrated, IMO. If Oakland couldn't move the rock against Denver while at home, you have to assume that JaMarcus might have some trouble when he encounters his first serious road game. The Chiefs should be able to cut down the Oakland running game.

CHEIFS should cover this one easy RAIDERS just stink ans they will be over aggressive and penalize their selves into a 10 point loss same ol RAIDERS  10 is being generous

probsbly wont touch the game but if i was going to itd definatly be K.C. after that piss poor performace by oakland who did absolutly nothing...under looking alright also

Kansas City at home is usually a solid play, but keep in mind they have some injury issues of their own, as well as the fact that Dwayne Bowe looked like shit against the Pats.  The Raiders absolutely blew on Monday night, and looked completely out of place.  When both teams suck this bad, I see one clear play.

Ya, good call CMJ- the under maybe the play here.
If I had to play a side would have to go with Oakland- it is just to easy to bet against them as only 4 point dogs. But they are playing KC who are equally awful and just played great against the hobbled NE squad. At first glance everything says KC but this is the NFL and with these caliber of teams anything can happen.

How many teams came out flat last week, Hummm alot!  Teams don't quite have there legs yet because of the preseason and not playing as a full team since last season. That was a bad performance last week, but I dont think you can count the Raiders out just yet. KC has struggled offensively for the past two years putting up big numbers, so I do not see a blowout here. KC is having major QB issues, and with that my pick is Oakland +3.5
 Russell and their RB's get it done.

I don't think KC felt that bad after New England. They know their problem areas and should feel pretty good abut thow they did. That being said, conference rivalry games are always tough to call but the 2008 edition of the Raiders is much like the past 10 editions. KC easily covers here at home.

McFadden finds the going a little bit easier today.
Plus Herm Edwards usually finds a way to lose when playing a <.500 team coming off a loss.

Absolutely love KC in this game. They played a pretty good game last weekend against NE should have even won the game.. Oakland enough said.. there a train wreck!! and thats being nice worse team in the league hands down.. yeah they need a win after last weeks beat down by Denver.. but I feel a good showing would be nice for a change. These teams usually play tough I dont see KC leaving this one 0-2 they get their first win of the year at home with an easy win over the Raiders.

If had to take anything in this game....IMO it would be U 36...probably going to be an ugly game with alot of turnovers. BOL to both sides in this game.

My rule of thumb is when you have 2 losers playing each other...why bet at all?  You're only gonna get a loser.

KC at home is certainly the play......they had the ball and a chance to tie New England at the end of the game down around the Pats 10 yardline.  Oakland is terrible........and when I see a team look terrible early in they year, I go against them until they can prove me wrong.   Oakland, St. Louis, Seatle, and Cincy all qualified for me last week.
