The steelers D is still dominant, and the Bears offense was pretty pathetic against the Pack. Their WRs just aren't good enough yet, and they had trouble blocking a 3-4, and now they face the best one in the league.
PIT has 3 extra days to prepare coming off a thursday game, so they will more than make up for the lack of home field advantage.
Urlacher is out for the season, which will weaken the D and dampen spirits.
Big Ben threw for 370 on the Titans, so they will be able to score enough to cover a FG in this one.
Expect lots of pressure on Cutler, which will lead to picks because their weak Wrs can't get open enough to bail him out.

Pittsburgh and the under on this one. Steelers will put together some plays like they usually do and that will be the end of it. And one more thing Cutler will probably throw some more interceptions.

I'll take the Cover and the over......let the AM radio talk begin in the Loop. Bears recievers won't be able to do anything against Pitt D. The total is low and the D's are very solid.......but missing the strength to both with Brian in the middle and Troy roaming free. I like the over while most will be pounding the under after these two teams both stayed low in their first games by a mile. Somehow, this game goes over on some junk plays and helps the books scrape money. I just feel.

Rothesberg vs Cutler, one is a proven winner and the other guy will be starting in the CFL next year PITT in a route Cutler will throw three picks before halftime

Anyone who can honestly tell me that there's nothing fishy going on
with the line in chicago has never capped an NFL game before. The
reigning superbowl champs come to chicago to play a team that went 9-7
and missed the playoffs (despite two gimmes against the 0-16 lions),
AND just lost their best player on defense. Take with that the dismal
performance by Jay Cutler in Green Bay (4 picks) and you have to
wonder, how in the world did this game open at a virtual pick em?
Well if you
could undo the damage of those 4 picks the Bears defense looked great
against a solid Packers offense, and either a few less mistakes or a
few more made plays and that game goes the other way. Now the Bears
come home where they are very tough to beat in Soldier Field. They
should be able to cover for Urlacher if only for one week with the rest
of the talent on their defense.
We also know that the Steelers
like to win in dramatic fashion meaning that a 3 point win is about as
bad a beating as they normally put on teams. Another problem for
Pittsburgh is that their running game that is the basis for the offense
for the last couple decades has been terrible (for those who didn't
see, Rashard Mendenhall, who is supposed to help the run game back to
its former glory this year, literally ran right into Roethlisberger on
his first run attempt). And now you have a one dimensional team in
pittsburgh going up against a Chicago team that should be able to
expand their offense a little more from what they did last week. All I
know is that with the public lining up behind pitt, i'm calling
shenanegins.
CHI +3.5 (buy hook if necessary)

after much thought, everyone jumping on Pittsburgh has been making me think. Jay Cutler can't possibly play that bad again, and Green Bay has a better offense than the steelers do...
If the bears feed Matt Forte enough, it can open the Play Action more, and Cutler should feel more comfortable at Soldier Field.
With that said, I'm switching over to Chi(+1) and MAYBE the over.
That Steelers win over the Titans didn't impress me, and I think Vegas had a plan from the get-go.

This is my favorite game of the weekend. Don't go against your first instinct Air Macks. Green Bay may have a better offense than the Steelers but the Steelers have a much better defense than Green Bay does. Everyone keeps on talking about the Steelers rushing offense but this team has started to become more of a passing team than a rushing team. They started to be like that last year when they actually had more passing attempts than rushing attempts. Expect to see a lot of no huddle by the Steelers in this game. And I hate the Bears receivers. Cutler and those guys looked terrible last week. When Devin Hester is your #1 that's saying something about your depth. Also live the line movement in this game. It opened at PIT -3 and now has dropped to PIT -1. Keep pounding the Bears public.

don't know where you're getting your numbers stalker, but that line opened at pit - 1 and has either stayed put or gone up (depending on the book) with 87% money on pitt. I mean who seriously thinks the public would pound chicago against pitt anywhere for 3 points or less.
good numbers on bears at home last year air mack. Soldier field is a tough place to play

i like Pitt and over. These defenses are hurting and offenses have weapons. Last time Urlacher was hurt, the bears went 0-5 and gave up 26 points per game. Granted this was 2004, but the point is still valid. Bears on hurting in the secondary which could bring a few big pass plays for the steelers for quick scores. Also Steelers are without Polamalu and they lost mcfadden in the offseason.
Pitt Money Line ( my biggest of 3 bets this weekend) and over 37.5

For a whole bunch of reasons (Bears injuries, they suck, Urlacher out), but another is that it is going to rain on SUNDAY and the field was just resodded after the U2 concert last weekend. Will turn into a run game, which the Steelers will dominate on both sides.

Stalker - after all this analyzing, I may just stay off this one. Everyone's jumping on Pitt, and I just feel like this is gonna be the trap of the weekend. If I had to choose, it would still be the Bears squeaking out a victory.
Wangichu - that one Home field advantage stat is a big Plus for the Bears, and I honestly think the Steelers running game is overrated.
whatever the play, Good luck guys... I'm at work right now, waiting for my only day off tomorrow to watch some FOOOTBALLL!!
