Welcome sports fans to Turd Bowl 2011!! Don't forget to get your free roll of TP with every ticket.
In short the Chargers win by 7 points or more.
The long answer is that San Diego is done and even though I can't prove it, the players are wagging the dog to get new leadership, and purposely find ways to lose. Though they'll surely try, they won't find a way to lose to the Jags, who really are that bad.

Considering that Del Rio was given the boot, and that Jax has been in such a flux this season, it's totally amazing at the lack of respect that Vegas is affording the Chargers as road favorites in this spot. Inspite of overwhelming talent, San Diego & its laid back coach Norv Turner are underperformers in the last couple of seasons. The wrong team is favored here. An early Christmas for the Jaguars on Monday Night!

O.K. - first off - technically, mathematically, somehow both the Chargers and the Chiefs are still "alive" in the AFC West.
Now, you can't blame Del Rio 100% for the lousy season the Jags are having - it all started when they fired Garrard on Opening Day, and then stuck some fresh faced mullet haired no name rookie in there at QB!!!!!!!!
Now original owner Wayne Weaver ups and sells the team to some "businessman" from Pakistan named Shahid Khan????
WTF????
Who are the Jags going to be playing for the rest of the season? longtime and beloved coach Jack Del Rio? - nope, he's gone. Their original beloved owner Wayne Weaver? - nope, he's gone too.
Now, read this little nugget of info:
"While Weaver is confident Khan will keep the team in Jacksonville, there is nothing written in the deal which obligates Khan to do that. Weaver's confidence stems from assurances Khan has made to him personally and the fact that the Jaguars' lease to play at EverBank Field runs through the 2029 season. If the Jaguars wanted to leave before the end of the deal, the lease requires the team to prove they had lost money in three consecutive seasons or to convince a local judge that the city was failing to properly maintain the stadium."
Sooo - good luck with all that Jacksonville......
no coach - no owner - no talent other than MJD - I don't think it'll be hard to prove they've lost money for the next three years - do you?
How's those ticket sales for next year looking??
My prediction - this team will be in L.A. by 2015
**Oh, and Chargers in a landslide. And not just any landslide, I'm talking "level a small Indonesian Village" landslide.........

Oh wow- Quad- that's terrible news. With these external developments, will have to downsize my bet. However, a lot of the time when there's a management change or "shakeup"., players realize their asses could be next, and miraculously start playing better ball. I had better hope so in this case, or the bets going down as a loss. Good writeup!
JAGS ?? or

"Chargers head coach Norv Turner will be fired at season's end, the San Diego Union-Tribune is reporting. Sources close to team president Dean Spanos say he feels he has "no choice" but to cut ties with Turner, who has been at the helm since 2007. The report also suggests the team is leaning toward dismissing general manager A.J. Smith, as well. It has been a difficult season for San Diego, which sits tied for last place in the AFC West with a 4-7 mark. The Chargers have dropped six straight games heading into Monday’s date with Jacksonville." Covers.com"
