Seattle at Dallas (11/01/2009)

I have my eye on a tease that I can't see passing up...

I think Romo & Hasselbeck both have great games... I think Dallas has the better defense and will ultimately win the game. However; I don't like taking Dallas -10, because they're notorious for making mistakes.

Along with the two QBs mentioned above, I also feel P. Manning & Smith have strong games.The 49ers DBs are not "great" & the Colts Defense is good, but Smith should be able to find some holes.

With this said, I've made a large play on the below Teaser...

Dal/Seattle- Ov 40 & Indy/49ers- Ov 39

No guarantees, but I like the play ALOT.

Screw these large lines, tease the dogs or take the home team ML.

The tease looks pretty good as both have at least one good offense (Indy primarily and Dallas as of late), defenses that give up adequate points and that also cause turnovers. I hate taking more than one total in a teaser but I'll go ahead play this small.  

The books never really "know" anything for sure, they just want equal action and they know everyone will pound Dallas without a higher impost. The line should be closer to -7, so I took them ML in a parlay covering all the key numbers,3, 5, 6, 7, & 10. Romo is gelling with the receivers of late and Seattle doesn't travel well. Because of turnovers I am not laying the impost as I wouldn't be surprised to see a 27 - 23 kind of game. Might tease Seattle/over hoping to middle.

I might tease at least 3 of the dogs these teams are playing as well, (risky proposition the way the favs are covering) but would only lay a third of the  as the 4 team ML parlay.

vegas may not know 100% , but Spytheweb is right in alot of areas.  Vegas is right like what...70% of the time?   there is a reason they stay in business.  think about it, vegas has access to accuscore which can play any game over 20,0000 times to predict the outcome.  can anyone on here do that???   didn't think so.  I"m not saying Dallas won't cover, but they are very inconsistent in terms of wagering.  they win big in games they shouldn't (ala the atl game) and sometimes lay an egg in "easy games" like the kansas city game (WTF?).       Remember...."any given Sunday".....

Dallas should roll    Seattle has OL problems  They have started 12 different combos on the OL over the last 22 games and will have their 4th LT of the season

haha well that's good.... I've been reading your posts and I agree with your logic in most cases....

This isn't going to be a good week for me... I just don' t like the games this week, tough one... so it's proabably a good sign that we differ on opinion for you
