Seahawks are used to noise in their own stadium, because the crowd is not loud when they have the ball. This time at KC the noise will be when they(hawks) are under center dealing with the same noise that a road opponent heres in they're stadium, not the same when the noise is going against you than for you.Seattle is not the same team on the road particularly with this team. They are getting pressure on the QB and Wilson is only so,so on the road.Kansas City will be ready to make a statement, not a loud statement, but enough to say,we are for real.Chiefs 21-17.

Both teams are trying to
get to the #1 spot in their respective divisions.
Seattle is coming off a
franchise record in rushing yards in a game and are now 1st in rushing. Lynch
also set a career record of 4 rush TD.
KC has not given a rush
TD to date but they are 20th vs the rush.
KC is 5-0 when Charles
has a rush TD. He has 5 in L4 leading a 5th rank run and will facing a 4th
ranked defense vs the run. The Hawks did however lose DT Brandon Mebane,
an integral piece to their run defense, but former pro-bowler Kevin Williams
will step in.
Seattle has been
struggling with the pass has they are 32nd and will face the stingiest defense
against the pass. They have yet allowed a 300+ passer and allowed 16.8
PPG (2nd)
Seattle's defense hasn't
been the same in comparison to last year, especially vs the short pass. They
have given 12 TDs and 1 pick vs <10 yard passes. This doesn't tell the whole
story to Seattle’s ability to guard the pass as they are still 8th in pass D
but may suggest they give up points in the red zone, fail to make critical turn
overs in short conversions, or fail to stop a 3rd down conversion all
together.
To add, this may possibly
play right into the Chiefs strength with Alex Smiths passing ability. 80% of
his passes are <10 yards and has had the lowest air raided passes for the
past 5 years.
The Chiefs are a team
that likes to wrench down the hatches late in the game as they have outscored
opponents 79-22 in the 4th quarter.
This game will rely on
how well Wilson uses his mobility to open the pass against a very good Chiefs
home team. Chiefs are 30-5 @ home vs the Hawks and the fav is 12-4 ATS, granted
Wilson hasn't played in these. Either way, I feel the Hawks are not the same
team on the road and I feel the fans in KC will play a role as it does in Seattle.

As a Seattle Seahawks fan myself, I am not dis-illusioned and honestly believe the Chiefs win this game. Lynch will play but is banged up.
This is a Statement game for the chiefs, I'm not saying they are a better team but today they bring it and beat up the Seahawks.
Arrowhead will be rockin'
Remember, everyone loves to beat the Superbowl champs! To be the champ, you gotta beat the champ.
Sidenote, under may look good here, apparently the field is hard as a rock, both teams may stick with the ground game early. But I always found a slippery field benefits the offense as its the defensive backs who have to cut hard and react.
