Washington returning home here, might be playing in the cold.  That historically doesn't boad well for Tampa.  Tampa is hurting after last week's loss also.  Washington isn't any good......but if Donovan has one of those games, he may just pull out the SU win considering Tampa's untested team and going on the road and playing in the cold.

its true tampa aint good in the cold, but washington aint good anywhere. Let's see what happens with Talib, and specially what Josh Freeman comes to play...

Why did the line go from Was +3 to +1????  Something is rotten in denmark.  

Doesn't make sense why the line would drop like that, especially when the skins are playing like a JV team lately.

Something is indeed rotten in the state of Denmark BUT why are the wise guys betting WAS? So much turmoil off the field and horribly inept on. The running game is unstable and with no serious threat at WR it's a dink and dunk offense at best not capable of putting many points on the board. 
Tampa going to play in the cold weather coming off two tightly played loses isn't boding well either but I still like their running game enough to beat the Skins and Freeman is better than McNabb. 
Should be low scoring.

Tampa exposed last week. Cant beat teams with a winnning record. Washington not very good but hopefully gets a boost by not having  albert flopsworth around. Tampa not helping their playoff chances but the other potential wild cards teams have tougher schedules. However, with that being said, Line movement favors da skins for the large!

Seriously guys, dont over think this one. I understand the line is moving in favor of washington but it's a trap. They want you to follow that reverse line movement trap and i'm not biting one bit. Washington is a joke and TB has a good defense. Take TB to the bank.

I know that the SKINS are playing in their yard, but they have a lot of issues.  TB will show up  and out play the SKINS. TB wins by two fieldgoals.

i cant believe the things i just read. thought i would click and see lots of tampa backers and its the opposite. goodluck with your money on a team that sux as bad as any team in the nfl. i bet tampa last week and watched the game turn on a kick-off return! that is certainly the exception rather than the rule. my money will be on the bucs to win even in the cold. freeman came from kansas st. so cold weather shouldn't be a concerrn. look i dont spout off too much but i cant see the skins giving much effort for shanahan or atleast the effort the raheem's bunch will bring. bucs 23 - skins 17. goodluck and aint this fun!!!

The same thing happend when the Vikings were playing @ Washington two weeks ago. Washington was a 3 pt favorite early in the week and by Sunday were a 1-2 pt underdog

the skins are ranked 28th in rush deff, giveing up an avg of 137.0 per game. in the last 3 games rookie legarrette blount has avg 138 yds per game. he should be in for another big day. and throw in that the bucs are 10-1 ats in their last 11 road games, tampa wins this one 24-17;;; feed the dog;;;;;

I would take Tampa if they were laying 6 points.

Anyone even considering putting cheese down on the Skins must not have watched them play the last 6 weeks or so. They're fn awful to watch, almost as bad a Diddy on SNL!!
