Love Washington here -1, but this game will be full blown Rigged in favor of the Vikings. Line will go up as well.

Does anyone dare question whether Minnesota missed the extra point on purpose to manipulate the total last week?? It can't get anymore obvious than that. And the look on the faces were priceless!!!!!

A light goes off when I see this line... Wash(-1) !! It's a warning light. Minnesota is 1-7 & lost 4 in a row...NO "D".... No QB .... & Redskins rung them up last year 38-26!! Now, here's the but....but, the Redskins are not that good or consistent (especially away from home), RGIII talks more than he scores, & their "D" BLOWS too !! So after those thoughts, I do see how the odds makers make WASH a small favorite on the road & this game will fool ALOT of people, but NOT ME!!  REDSKINS (-1) will win in a tight  Shoot out

Damn - I hate when almost the whole thread is on the same side. Case in point, Buffalo last week. Fishy, Fishy, Fishy line.....

I know the general "unwashed" look at this game and say, "Redskins minus one?!??! Gift from Heaven!!!! Lock Of The Year DUDE!!!!! Vikings SUCK A$$!!!!!!! And I wish I could be that ignorant and not get lost in my own head and start bringing logic into the conversation....

But when your team ranks 30th in total defense (yeah, Vikings are 29th, so sue me), and you're on the road, on a short week, after going into overtime against "Jesse James" Rivers who was slingin' it all over the place - don't you think your "D" might be a little suspect??? Just a little???? Against (arguably) the best RB playing the position right now? 

Against my better judgement - Vikings FTW

Just be patient and see where the money is.  Currently around 86% on Washington.  Just wait....if it stays that way I'd definitely take Minnesota.

The football gods smiled down upon you yesterday with your bold Bears ML pick,  I loved it and upgraded to grill class myself and won on the Bears +10. Yeah it took Rodgers breaking his collar bone but a win is a win.

But I am disagreeing with you here,There's value on the Skins as I had this line at 3.5 but I am going to wait till game time to pull the trigger and see where the money is going.... So on yet another Thursday night turd bowl I am going to with Skins for now.

Let's not forget the Seattle and Rams game.  All the money was on one side and what happened??  IT IS THE NATIONAL FIXED LEAGUE REMEMBER!!

The Oakland and Denver MNF was a classic suspicious type game.  I took Denver at the half, -10 and won. I teased Denver and the over and won. I took Oakland and + 16.5 and won by a half point thanks to Peyton's fumble and late Oakland score with a back up qb.  My only loss that day was in MLB with Tigers and Verlander versus Twinkies.  Laying -200, and they crapped.

I can't recall seeing this much talk about "fixing" games as we are hearing this year.  Is there any truth to the rumblings, or do we just have more sore losers posting this season?

I love the Chicago Bears, and am a Tulane alum, also pulling for Forte....I allowed the Thread to convince me Green Bay could handle them, and bet against my personal feelings, and lost..  

Have to say that if the Green Bay quarterback hadn't got knocked out, they may have been right.

Just one of those things you can't predict.

I gotta say,I love the Vikings in this spot.
Home Dog on a short week.
Vikes played well at Dallas last week,and Skins escaped with
a O/T win at home.
Believe Vikings will play well at home,and come out of it with
a straight up win.
As far as I'm concerned,the NFC East blows this year,and any
team in that division can be beat.
Vikings my play.

Let me repeat...when it comes to the National Fixed League don't be a purist be a realist!!!  It's a billion dollar business and your telling me never have they fixed a game.  Let's get serious. I've given you a couple.  How about Peyton Manning sliding down instead of going in with absolutely no one around him.  Remember that??!!!  Let's get serious!! I'm not saying every game is fixed but there has definitely been its share of them.  Don't be naive.  By the way I hate to be the one to tell you but there's not a Santa!!  One last thing this is the sport/league known thru the years and in vegas for fixing games. Minnesota will probably win this game.  Just like when the entire post was on Seattle against the Rams.  I couldn't wait to take the Rams and walk my happy behind up to the counter to pick up my $$$$.  Good luck guys!!

Hmmmmm WSH beat a Chargers team that is much better than the Vikes especially on the D side of the ball, but that was at home.

Orakpo & Co....

Skins at least by 3.  I just can't see the Vikes doing much.  Dallas is crap too so that game didn't measure anything except that the Vikes are poop.

Skins are not completely that crappy of a team.

I would either go against the public and take Vikings here or stay away...

The Vikings offense is somewhat decent at times when Ponder is the QB... and I can see AP having a big game at home against the 22nd ranked rush defense and 30th overall ranked defense...  glta

Agree with Tulane Bill ! Rarely see winners complaining about NFL being fixed.Could be isolated cases that can make one believe but as a whole , no way ! Losers always complain !!!

Vikes looked pitiful versus NYG on MNF, giving NY their first win.  Truly you need to be on MN as public will be all over RGIII.  Should be high scoring affair though Vikes do run more than pass so game will go fast.

Washington is ranked 31 in kick returns and Minnesota is ranked second.....  As for punting and kicking, Washington is ranked 24thnand 29th respectively......

I don't typically consider special teams heavily in my capping but this kid Patterson is electric.....  

I also think Peterson will be too much for the redskins defense to handle on the road.... Even though they held him down in Washington last year..... But that was on grass, and thi. Is a dome team and he's even faster indoors.....

On the otherwise of the ball lastbyear RG3 lit up this defense for 138!and 2 TDs rushing and  1 td passing..... Now with 3 good running backs I expect Washington to have no trouble going down the field...... Especially if the run the read option......


I really have no idea whose going to win this game but I don't like wash laying points on the road.....

In my pickem i locked in minn+3.5 but I have no idea where they got that from.....

For betting im going to stay away from the side but I love the Over in this one..... I expect a sloppy game with turnovers all over....

Oh garbage..... I just left the forum and there is a story on the nfl page about the over being 5-0 last 5 Vikings home games.

Now I'm jinxed...... Thanks covers!

49 does seem a little inflated now that I think about it..... Last 5 matches the o/u was low 40s......
