Don't be fooled by this line.....game means something to Skins since they are evaluating for next year, hate the Giants and wish to slap an old foe around on the last game of the year. Rams get Skins pick so the 3 wins want to be 4 wins badly!!!!!!.....all for pride and besides, Kirk Cousins finally has the offense clicking, the Giants have a leaky def and no RBs or stud receivers.......remember also, Wash lost two weeks in a row by 1 pt.......

        Washington might make an effort?    Then again, between these two teams,does anybody really care? Let's just call this the "Week # 17 Degenerate Special", and leave it at that!

The leaky defense is Washington here.31'st in points allowed.
While scoring under 22 per game.

I shudder to think that if the two "squeakers" against Dallas had fallen their way, Philly loses to Dallas this week, and they beat the Deadskins, the Giants would be division champs!!!!!

But, alas, it's not to be......

Deadskins plus the half point FG hook - - now prepare yourselves to be underwhelmed......

Normally I would be worried about the Skins shutting it down so they could go for the higher draft pick, but that pick belongs to the St Louis Rams next year...so maybe moving up to get RG III wasn't such a good idea???

Needless to say, the only way the Skins could improve their draft situation is by showcasing Cousins and trading him for a 1st or 2nd rounder. So this will be Cousins last audition to impress NFL GMs. I expect this game at MetLife to have horrible attendance and a tepid crowd at best. 

I guess that means I like Washington for a small action wager. But it's hard to have faith in either of these teams.

The only bright spot in this slush of a game is that the G-men go all out for their coach who is retiring after this year ( heard this a few weeks ago from a family friend of the Coughlins , he wanted to retire this year but stayed on thru the urging of the owners ) I'm not making this up and waited until years end to repeat it. So if I bet this one it'll be on the GIANTS--thanks Tom for all you did and I'm an Eagles fan ....
