I have a strong gut feeling that the Rams will at least come away with the ATS win here at Rams+3.5 pts.
The Rams are 2-3 SU and 3-2 ATS vs the Skins in the L-5 most recent meeting going back to 2002. In the L-3 the Rams are 2-1 SU and 3-0 ATS vs Washington. Last season, the Skins survived a scare at home and won 9-7 SU but lost ATS as +9.5 favs. In 2008, the Skins were +12.5 favs at home and lost to the Rams by a 19-17 score. In 2006, The Rams were -1 home Favs and won 37-31. I'm gonna back the home dog Rams+3.5 to at least cover the low line here.
Pick = St.Louis+3.5
My Guesstimate = Washington-21 St.Louis-20

Like Washington's D against a very green Bradford. I think there will be at least 2 turnovers by St. Louis. Skins -3.5
McNabb got over 400 yards last week. I know Houston's secondary is a joke, but at the very least he got some good practice look how well Manning did against the Giants after he had a 400+yd game.
I know these are flimsy justifications, but I think a lot has to do do with McNabb being happy and actually getting some praise for a change instead of the Philly Phans constantly criticizing him. I think Washington Got McNabb at his prime. He is a lot more mobile, He has lost weight, and still has a great passing arm. This is the first time (as a fan) that I have seen the Redskins team come together so well.
When you have followed a team for your entire life you get a feeling of when they are up and down, I would say that all of DC is up. More Redskins gear being worn, more people piling praise on the team, and even more coverage on local tv.
I suppose much of that seems like superficial and biased observations, but I will put my money with my heart on this one.

As a lifelong Eagles fan I openly laugh my ass off at this comment.

Just look at him, he was fat as hell the last couple of seasons with the Eagles, he must have lost like 20-30 LBS. He claims only 8 if that is the case he has put on a lot of lean mass.

I'm seeing this line opened as a pickem. Obviously Washington is the far better team especially with the way they've looked the past few weeks. St. Louis once again looks like crap but this looks like a total trap game for Washington.
Overtime loss vs. a top team last week. A huge game in Philly next week. A line that is absolutely SCREAMING sucker bet.
I'm taking the Rams to cover big with a small side of money line outright.

Now the line makes sense to me.....McNabb plays the Eagles next week (Can we say distraction? And on the road) Bradford wont lose the game for the Rams
Rams ML

Is this the same Washington Redskins "D" that almost bat the Defending Champs last year? I think so. As I remember, they held Saints from scoring as much as they were used to and at that time Brees was on fire. Bradford on the other hand is green and still trying to gel with this team. Washington now has a QB w/ experience to pair their defense and looks a lot healthier than SL Rams via IR list.
Washington - 27
Rams - 13
