2018 COVERS GOLF CONTEST!!!

Ok boys...we are back and ready freakin rock and roll!!!

Thinking of keeping the same general rules as the past couple years...keeping the same 8 double points weeks.

If anyone has any suggestions as to how to make this year a ton better, as always lay it on me and let's take it to a vote!!

Can keep it the usual 32 weeks starting next week at the CareerBuilder...or bump it back a bit and start with either the Farmers or the Waste Management.

I like the idea of getting bonus points for every winning pick, so will probably keep that...was thinking maybe if you get a winning pick, you get to re-use that player?  A nice little incentive added in there?

Also...please tell any and all friends about this competition...would love to get a nice 25-30 guy pool even though it means a ton more work for me!!

Appreciate it alan...luckily I don't finalize the playoff scoring until about half way through so we have a lot of time to tweak it.  I've thought about having only the top 8 make it and then resetting all scores but I still want to incentivize the regular season winner.  As far as re-using a player I mentioned it because the leading "winner" last year had 3 or 4 winning picks so it's not like you get to use a ton of guys over again.

Free to enter...I run it all on this forum...weekly thread and you get two players each week, can't use a player more than once in the season.  I keep track of the scores and such...just keep checking in here and paying attention!

I also vote against getting to use a player again if he wins.

Looks like we are keeping things the exact same as last year with some possible change to the playoffs?
