Few early picks on guys that jump out at me for a variety of reasons and for odds that look generous:

Brendon Todd to win (175-1 for $25).....dude is too good to be 175-1, don't care how good the field is.

CT Pan to win (225-1 for $22).....huge discrepancy in odds between Bovada and betonline.  Riding a hot player.

McKenzie Hughes to win (350-1 for $20)....another head scratcher but I'll take it

Webb Simpson to win (400-1 for $15).......huh???

Seamus Power to win (450-1 for $14)

Brian Harman to win (150-1 for $25) is there another Brian Harman or is this the one who kicked ass last year....wtf?

I like this group of preliminary plays.  Only thing I can figure is that the books and consensus think this string of no names winning early in the seasons will end this weekend with a stud player or players dominating.  Definitely odds on chance that's true but these guys at long odds are pretty damn good or they'd not be playing in this event!
