the annual Modified Stableford scoring crazyness @ the Montreux Golf and Country Club half way between Reno and Lake Tahoe Neveda that puts a premium on scoring under par. it is a points system with
Double Eagle: 8 points
Eagle: 5 points
Birdie: 2 points
Par: 0 points
Bogey: -1 point
Double Bogey or more: -3 points
the winner last year Greg Chalmers with 43 points is 100-1 "to win" this season. JJ Henry the winner in 2015 (47 points) and 2012 (43 points) is 50-1. Kyle Riefers who lost a playoff with JJ Henry in 2015 is 80-1
"of interest" to me are

Luke List 30-1
Chez Reavie 30-1
Brandon Hagy 40-1
Seamus Power 40-1
JJ Henry 50-1

Luke List has the best birdie or better percentage per round of those playing this week @ 23.41% while Chez Reavie has the best birdie vs bogie ratio per round @ 1.55. List birdie vs bogie ratio1.49 while Reavie birdie or better percentage 21.63%
numbers for Garrigus are 22.54% and 1.40, Hagy 21.69% and 1.27, Power 21.63% and 1.44 with Mullinax 21.88% and 1.28
