Need some insight on a payout

Question

I made a golf bet on Sunday. He ended in a tie for second so I thought the payout should be cut in half but when FanDuel paid me out I only received a profit of 4500 plus my 10k wager but i thought the payout should be 9,500k plus my 10k wager for a total of 19,500. Anybody with experience betting golf I would appreciate the feedback.

I tried to post ticket but in won’t allow me .
but here are details:

10k wager at +190 for Rose to win

Dead heat rules.  Since 2 were tied, 50% of your bet won, but the other 50% is graded as loss, not push.
