The FedEx Cup regular season tournament is here with the Wyndham Championship! Sedgefield CC is a Par 70 track that's short by PGA standards at around 7,100 yds. Accuracy off the tee is always good but this week distance is the name of the game. Need to have a good iron game and get it close which is a challenge on most Donald Ross designs. Last week to quailify for the playoffs, so look for some guys to make a move.
Defending Champ is Patrick Reed

Not many in agreement this week. I'm oppo on Villegas,Cauley,Laird,Howell, Horschel and Matsuyama
I am on Reed and Molinari with a big play on Els
does this make sense? booked a total of $90 split on these six players >>>
Brandt Snedeker 12-1 ($27= $351) Hideki Matsuyama 16-1 ($15 = $255) Patrick Reed 18-1 ($18= $342) Ernie Els 25-1 ($15= $390) Tim Clark 30-1 ($8= $248) Francesco Molinari 35-1 ($7= $252)
booked Reed, Matsuyama and Clark because they have won tourneys this season. went heavy on Ernie Els @ 67th and Snedeker @ 60th on the money list because like AJ said they are on the FedEx "bubble" and both played well at both Firestone and Valhalla. Molinari @ 87th on the money list probably needs to win to get into the FedEx.
also did a three man parlay of Snedeker-110 over Matsuyama, Reed -110 over Molinari and Els -110 over Clark tourney matchups $20 to pay $139.16

How similar is this course to the other one that snedeker won at? What do you think about petterson?
It's similiar to Pebble (won 2013) and Heritage (won 2011) as far as the greens go. They are all small by PGA Tour average. He's such a good iron player and that's what gets him close to take advantage of his above average putting skills.

I'm getting absolutely CORKED on my picks. Snedeker @ -7 and Clark @ -6 about the only two "in range" going into Saturday. TOO many guys "shooting up the course"

I tailed you on JJ seeing as how he needs to get a good round to get into the fed ex. We might be in for a long day. So far Davis has a 26 foot birdie putt and according to PGAtour.com just holed one from 87 feet.
