Has a runner up on this course as well as a 20th in last 2 seasons. Good iron player great putter on a course that he has a liking too it seems. Love burns on outright market as he has alot of upside (5 wins in his young career) and is typically priced fairly. Been playing some good golf would not be surprised to see him up there as he’s on the outside looking in for a Ryder cup consideration.
Hideki Matsuyama: 45-1 (1 unit)
Ironically also finished 2nd and 20th here last 2 seasons. I play him a lot but I just think he’s been priced too high as of late. One of the best iron players in the world on a course where mid-long iron play is at a premium. Missed cut last week but has been playing very consistent golf with 2 top 10’s and 10 top 25’s. He’s also bounced back after missed cuts going for a 5th and a 13th after his last 2 missed cuts. All it takes is a strong putting week for hideki as he is elite on approach and solid off the tee.
I will be looking to add 1 or 2 more…Fleetwood, Fowler, and Speith all seem like good options imo. I’ll be back

Got a couple in that I like as course fits here…

Not going out on a limb here, we know how well he’s been playing all year. But it truly feels like he deserves a win this year. We’ve seen many guys this season grab wins while showing significantly good form in the few weeks prior. Tommy’s last 5 starts include 4 top 10s, one of which was a runner up. The guy is on fire and he has the all around game to win here. I’ll take 1 more shot on him this season.
That will be it for pre tournament plays. This is a course where guys can make up ground and the leaderboard will shift often. I will be looking for live betting opportunities after round 2 if there is value that catches my eye. GL to all should be a fun one.

Nice to see Fleetwood playing well thus far, no surprise there. Burns has been a big let down. I do like my chances on Fleetwood but I’m kind of liking the value on homa 35-1 currently 4 strokes back. He’s been trending back up with a 10th and 12th in last 2 starts. Knows how to win golf tournaments. I’ll put a unit on him. FanDuel’s offering a 50% profit boost so I will be using that to get him at 53-1.
Max Homa: 53-1 (1 unit)
Should be an interesting next couple rounds good luck to all

Another close call for Fleetwood. That hurts, was fun to watch nonetheless. To me in golf the wagers are worth the 4 days of entertainment regardless if it hits or not. Going to start lookin into next week I’ll be back folks.
