So this should be his 3rd driving under something if his test comes back dirty so another re-hab or does he actually get in trouble this time ONLY if he had taken something,lets hope not but he had surgery in Dec.on his back again which means pain pills, hope for his sake he is clean.

How does the news media get away with such irresponsible reporting of the facts? First they say he was extricated from the vehicle with the "jaws of life", and every news outlet was reporting that. Now they are saying  that is not true,and he was taken out from the front windshield. Who started the "jaws of life" rumor and why doesn't anyone do their homework and find out what really happened instead of just repeating what they hear. Also,every news outlet claims they were the first on the scene.  In Kobe's helicopter crash,every news agency was saying that Rick Fox was involved in the crash,and there were 5 people on board,then later 6,then 7,and finally 9 total.Really??? 

Because anyone with a smartphone thinks they are journalists and everyone is hurrying to get to the TMZ office for that $coop.

Nobody really cares about getting the job done right.

I forgot to say that he was supposedly taken out from the top of his vehicle with the jaws of life and that the top of his vehicle was cut off. That is a huge discrepancy from knocking out the front windshield and being taken out from there.

Lets not give his agent any more publicity, and wait for the real medical reports and/or police reports to give the real story...the agent is always going to spin things accordingly.

Regardless of the outcome, excessive speeding will come out as a major contributing factor in all this...bad publicity for Genesis car.company as it appears he was driving their luxury SUV...and we all know SUVs have been long associated with rollovers at high speed.

This is going to be great publicity for Genesis car company. If that was a Honda, it would have been smashed like a beer can. 70-80mph and hit a median and tree and then roll, and your cockpit looks intact, sign me up.

 Very true...these are the times we live in nowadays...im sure this opinion has been mentioned a lot today and in general over time, but if it were me with all those zeros in my bank account like Tiger and other top top elite athletes, i would have a driving service 24/7 and i would never have to worry about driving...sitting in the back, and having all that time to just chill, or meditate or read or sleep or troll covers...but not deal with the stress of the road, thats for sure

On CNN today the had the Medics there that had talked to Tiger as he was awake when they got there, the first guy that was talking to him while they were getting the jaws ready has said he seemed alert and not under any drugs, 2 guys have said the same thing but we know you have to wait for test before it is not an issue.

But who in there right mind goes that fast in a SUV on a road that you need to pay attention on in the daytime and no way you should be speeding either, the most thing they are saying is he is lucky to be alive, plus 2 bones had more than one break and were outside the skin.

They are talking about getting info from the Black Box to figure out what happen, when did cars get those?
