I need your help in figuring out a bet between my friend and I pertaining to the probability of hitting a 2-bet parlay on a single game. replied to Should I hedge and how much? in NFL Betting Hey BigPod. I had the same dilema last year on a 6-team parlay. I hit 5 teams and had one left for the night game. A friend of mine told me to hedge the opposite team if i want to play it safe and have some guaranteed money. I was greedy and waited until halftime to hedge it. I got very lucky and won both bets! I DON'T recommend doing what i did though. In your case, you need to ask yourself if you would be happy winning about $125. If yes, then hedge it with Washington -8.5 or -9 (if you can find that line) for about $150. Who know, you might get a tie on Philly and still win most of the parlay and also win the hedge. created a topic Need advice on whether I should hedge my Teaser?? in College Football Hello fello Cappers. I have a 3 team 10 point teaser going into tonight's game. The Teaser amount is 6 units to win 5. I won the first two yesterday and I still have Middle Tennessee St. at +16 for tonight. Should I hedge this somehow or should I just let it go?
