Here’s why: 

At home, the titans defense is very overrated. Their offense is not capable of winning a shoot out and I doubt this will be one. The titans offense is one of the worst on 3rds and the Steeelrs offense is due for a big game. Last time bell had over 200 yards rushing. I’ve watched football for many years and I’ll tell you this. When a team is praised for a defense that gives up more points than their score sooner or later a better offense will exploit that.

Steelers have covered the spread each time they didn’t the previous week. Just FYI. Mariota is beat up has a sore ankle and shoulder and I doubt he’ll be running. I think public is all over Titans, but this could be a Steeler blow out at home. 33-14 Steelers.

Trend: Not one or the other has covered  3 times in a row. The favorite is due to cover if you follow these numbers the Colts are the pick. This trend is hard to dimiss or just pass up.

 

Trend number 2:

First ten Thursday night game It has gone like this.

3. Road team won

4. Road team won

The 49ers at 3 is the best play today. The Titans are starting a rookie 4th round center today to protect a hurt locker. Practice reports are saying he's having problems with high snaps and that to me will lead to turnovers. The 49ers defense is going to destroy Locker and the front 4 of the 49ers will be after him all day and with a bad knee he's not going to be able to run from sacks. 49ers 30 Titans 9

Won I'm looking at ML not spread. Straight up I mean. Like I said if you think this trend will continue take the Pats ML if you think it will be broken today take the Ravens ML. My gut says Pats win this trend has been there for a reason.

Since 1997 no 2 road teams have ever won championship games in the same year. Either it's been a split of one home/one road or both home teams. So in almost 16 years 2 road teams haven't won in the same year. I'm looking at this trend and the pick has to be the Patriots. The 49ers already won. No 2 road teams have won in since 97 so if you want to follow this trend take the Pats if you think it will break take the Ravens ML.
