replied to Bookmaker in College Basketball thanks EZ , I will, if I can ever get my money out from bookmaker. I withdrew once , then I requested a second and they said I needed a cc authorization form. When I stated I already provided it, they said, "Yes, you have sorry, please resubmit your request". So I did. The next day, they pulled the money from my account, only to put it back in a few hours later. I called them again and they stated they needed a new auth. form for a card I never had. They apologized again saying this was an error made by the payouts dept. and to please resubmit again, which I did! Then two days later they sent me an email at my account asking for the authorization form AGAIN for the card they earlier told me I needed. When I called them again, after a few holds, they came back and apologized AGAIN, saying that they made a mistake and the email was sent to the wrong account. Are you kidding me? The customer service agent plays dumb,says sorry and that I am all set to go. So ,I did get one payout for 2500 before this one, no problems, but now my subsequent payout request is shady at best. I have ( unfortunately for me) much more in the account. Unreal. I should have known better than to use an offshore shadeballl book. If this helps anyone not go through what I have been going through then I at least can rest a bit easier. DO NOT USE THIS BOOK!!!
