Still though like I said I've tried rooting for this team with harden as the main guy and I just can't do it. Maybe it's my personal dislike for him but my personal dislike for him stems for his sheer effort of not wanting to play defense. Give me Westbrook, paul, Leonard, the Greek freak, hell even curry. These guys all show at least heart and that they care. created a topic life long Rockets fan...(rant) in NBA Betting but I just can't get with this team. I can't do it. I grew up warching Hakeem and the Rudy T era and even after him with van gundy and Yao/ me mac era but at least those teams were likeable. I know the rockets are "suppose" to be one of the top teams in the league but as we have all seen they are starting to fall back to earth. They are the definition of fools gold. I personally hate harden and his demeanor and just the way he plays. Very feminine with his euro steps and lack of defense. Mark my words they will lose very early in the playoffs due to this. A zebra can't change its stripes. And our stripes is we play no defense. But ultimately the reason I hate these rockets the most is because of our coach. Granted I haven't watched too many rockets games this year and I just can't stand them but I watched tonight and was just laughing. Every time they cut to the coach he was there with a scowl and arms crossed with his stupid bow tie and looking like the guy on the pringles can. Does the guy coach? It looked like he would rather be anywhere else but there. Guy has to have the most punchable face along with jj barae. I can honestly say this life long rockets fan (and it pains me to say this) will be jumping ship and rooting for the spurs as I like the what they stand for and how kahwai leonard plays. Now that guy is a star not like this beard chump. Peace out Rockets I'll come back when this era of no defense under achievers and that stupid coach are gone.
