replied to If you hate arod for ped use in MLB Betting Hr record stood for 31yrs then was topped by 1 hr, then stayed an extra 37 years which was topped by 2 different players by 9 hr, which saw 3 more players hit over 61 with a new leader at 73. We are all guilty to an extent unless you were living in Utah or under a rock. created a topic If you hate arod for ped use in MLB Betting You should hate half your MLB team, and 75 percent of the players you grew up watching. Right off the bat, I am a Yankee fan and I don't like arod, but if u want to throw 4 straight pitches at him, you should throw 2 at David Ortiz. Everyone knows he is on the 2004 list. I've never rooted for him, other than for the nyy to win. But even curt schilling admitted that all players were against cleaning up baseball and had knowledge of fellow players using peds. So all of a sudden they want to clean up the game and start throwing at ped users, bold. I am all for cleaning up baseball and striking people from the record books(hr in a season is *61) but lets not take all of our focus on 1 person. Braun should get 211 games too. And if anyone actually believed McGwire got that big on the creatine "found" in his locker, you are excused. Bottom line, arod as a person=bad, fans in general=just as bad. created a topic Betting $1k notre dame bcs championship at 70/1 in College Football Headed to Vegas in 2 weeks and want to place 1000 on nd to win bcs at 70/1. Is there anyway I should do this to not get hit on taxes? Multiple smaller bets? Different casinos? Multiple people? I'm only going w my wife so can't break it up too much. Curious if anyone has insight on how not to get hit too hard on taxes? Yes I know people are going to say not to make the bet in the first place, but I've made up my mind so please just people that have suggestions for my situation. Thank you! Being a Notre Dame fan there were a few times I doubted but always put money on my boys( knowing its bad gambling). But I feel the moment I place a bet vs my team is the moment I lose football. created a topic Need Everette Golson to get things going in College Football The Irish are going to need to get things going on offense today against a pretty good Oklahoma d. Our defenense is great and I expect tuitt, nix, etc to cause some problems for Landry jones and an injured Oklahoma o-line. However notre dame is going to need to score in the mid to late 20's at least to win. Kelly has the system and Golson has the talent, we just need it to come together today and put us on path for a national championship. Thoughts??
