replied to Oak St./ Baylor total 88 in College Football Both teams should get in about 80 plays: Baylor season points per play is .5434298 x 80 = 43 pts OkST points per play is .5912839 x 80 = 47 points Obviously that isn't a perfect predictor but it gives you an idea that all things being equal, if they play at their average season long levels it could be about a 90 point game. That being said, there is a 15+ mph wind out of the south and OkSt just lost a soul crusher to its rival. Smyly and Bailey look like an over but you have Angel Hernandez behind the plate so you aren't getting any real value for the risk of playing the Over 9 at -105 or +100. Smyly is the kind of slop throwing lefty that just eats the Reds up. He will likely have a season high in K's tonight. So if you decide to look at the under you have the bandbox that is GABP hitters like Votto, Fielder, Cabrerra and the real life Nuke Laloosh starring back at you in the form of Homer Bailey. That retard is always one pitch away from deciding to announce his presence with authority and getting shelled. No way you can ever lay juice on an Under in GABP with Homer bailey pitching. Picking a side is dicey as hell because you have two pretty shitty teams that have each been going bad. There's an old saying in gambling about getting beat by betting on bad teams....DON'T! So pardon my cynicism but there just has to be a better place to get your money in than this game. If you do make a play take the Over 9 +100 and go small but personally I'd keep my money far away from this game. Anything can happen but you just aren't getting rewarded for the gamble here imo.
