I would fade Anaheim Ducks tonight as well away against ST Louise, might not be many wildfires in Anaheim at the moment, but I'm sure they got beach house's or family/friends that's been effected.
Good spot for St Louise's |

Easy win for Dennver in the end without Jokic |

I will wait for the line-up but if Jokic plays I will be on Denver ML.
@HappySir ok fair enough, they are not B2B but it's their second away game since they left California and they haven't been back home since the fire started. |

"Los Angeles Clippers star Kawhi Leonard is stepping away from the team. Sources told me he is going to tend to family in the LA area who were forced to evacuate due to the wildfires that's going on over there."
Is Jokic confirmed, i read he would be back tonight? |

With everything going on with the fires in California, I think the Clippers might have other things in their mind for their second b2b away game.
Good spot for Denver at home

Go time!
Eagles odds has gone down quite a lot now since I placed the bet, are they starting some starters? |

@mchriste619 I don’t think Eagles will play to lose in front of their home fans becouse of some shitty draft pick for NYG.
Eagales 3rd QB is bettet than any of the top QB Draft picks this season. |

Yeah home teams with extra rest against b2b away teams has a higher win %, but would be priced in already in the odds. |

Last year 12 teams had already secured playoff berths played their final regular-season games at home: 9 teams won, and 3 teams lost.
Overall Summary (2022–2024): Over the past three seasons, among teams ranked in the bottom six after Week 17:
This indicates that approximately 77.8% of these teams lost their final regular-season games in Week 18 during this period.

Does anyone has a record for teams that already clinched playoff playing at home in the last round? |

@4bracelets Hmm good point.
maybe under is the play instead |

I also think Saquon Barkley want's to get his 101 yards to get his record, so won't be surprised if they play him for a couple of plays.
Don't think anybody in NYG want to hurt any Eagles players before playoff in a meaningless match, so won't be surprised if this will be more like a friendly/pre-season match with soft tackles...
NYG might cover the spread, but Eagles ML is the play.

NYD b2b on the road after NYE with the Kings with extra rest and playing at home.
I was on NYD as well, but man that was stupid..
They will win the next one against SJS instead, SJS will play B2B and NYJ will have fresh legs after a couple of days rest and Markstrom will be back in goal. |

How is this a close game?
Eagles rested a bunch of players against Dallas and won very easy. I think we will see both Pickett & McKee, maybe Pickett will play the 1st half then let McKee shine in the 2nd.
All backup players want to show the coach that they are up for the task if needed in the playoff so rather see them playing than any 1st team player that might only play on 50% to avoid any injuries before playoff.
So should be a very hungry Eagles team that is playing in front of their home crowd any playing for a minutes with the 1st team in the playoffs.
Eagles are 6-0 in the last home games and 11-0 at home against NYG.
I could understand that NYG wanted to win at least one home game this seasons to give their fans something for the holidays, but it did cost them the #1 draft pick.
If NYG wins and Panthers losses then Panthers will fall behind them in the league and it will cost them another round in the draft.
So can't see NYG win here, I don't think anyone in the franchise want that. |
