Ha that 70 yd TD hurt. But even 80-17 would be a winner so I feel ok about it

I said "possible" final score. They're not getting 100. The 2nd QB has already taken over

I jumped on under 97.5 on this game a few minutes ago... I know Oregon could score 100 if they wanted too but they have to draw the line somewhere. Can anybody give me a possible final score that goes over that much? I can't think of one

I like your thinking on UNT +43.5 but this is the type of game where LSU can "name the score".
It's up to Les Miles to decide whether the final will be 63-0 or 28-7. I think this number is pretty sharp. I'd lean UNT but you may be in trouble if LSU's defense comes up with a TD or 2. Good luck

Also I can't believe this thread has gone on this long without anyone mentioning Bama.
Teased 10 points they are as close to a lock as you possibly get

North Tx +53 @ LSU
The tigers have only scored > 53 pts twice under Les Miles (56-3 vs N. Tx in 2005 and 58-10 over LaTech in 2007) LSU usually sleepwalks through these types of games, and miles likes to shut down the offense in blowouts. LSU's campus is closed today and tomorrow due to a hurricane, that also should have an effect on this game

But we got too far away from the point I was making. Taking MSU to OT last season (not winning, just taking them to OT) doesn't mean they can hang with A&M He's really grasping for shit when he's using "close losses" as support for his side. And before someone says it, I know Tech was something like 10-2 ATS last year. It's 2012 now and you don't think the books have corrected? |

It seems like everyone on here is on Tech but I like The Aggies to cover the 7. Tech won the WAC last year and that's causing people to overrate them. The best team they faced last year was the CUSA non-champ UH Cougars coached by A&M's Kevin Sumlin, and Tech lost to them at home. These two teams are on different levels, and A&M should win comfortably

I know you have LSU on your list but an even better bet in that game is on the other side.
You get N. Tex. +56 and as a long time LSU fan I can't remember ever seeing LSU scoring 56 much less covering that much. LSU loves to sleepwalk through these games and play down to the level of terrible opponents. And Les shuts it down in blowout games. Remember when he he had his QB take 4 straight knees leading 52-3 with 5 MINUTES left in the game? But LSU minus any number teased 13 should be a winner in this one too. |
