When you back a team, you want a motivated, desperate, hungry good team. Philly will not lose to Cincinnati and go 0-3. Cleveland on extra rest and better than Wash. Best play is 2 team 7 pt teaser making Eagles(-4.5) +2.5 and Cleve.(-7) a pick’em against Washington.
