Personally, I like the RL more than ML for OAK: Houston is such a good team at home that it's not easy picking against them. Although, Bailey is extremely good against the Astros, there's never a guaranteed with the lineup that Houston, especially at home. However, I really do expect it to be a tight game. Gerrit Cole has to struggle at some point, right?

As for Baltimore, people automatically see them and naturally with the naked eye pick the other team even if they're at home. All season long the Orioles have been hitting good against lefties and yes although, it was 3 years ago....Robbie Ray did lose to them. I'm sure they have a good scouting report on how to hit him. But we'll see. Law of averages, every "guaranteed" is due for a setback. 

Sleeper Pick:

TOR/CLE under 9 

GL once again! 

I feel like it's going to be a big underdog night for a lot of games. Got that feeling. 

I like this! Speaking of Orioles, no matter how garbage they are as team been hitting lefties well all season even if it is Robbie Ray. Total trap game in my opinion. 

Lets get it. Tough ending of the week last week for me with picks. Just goes to show you no matter how good you are with doing research and making selections, you're bound to hit a bump or two on the road. 

But this is by far my  favorite thread to create because of the crazy reactions I get.

So with my 5th Edition of Beware of the trap, I select the following:

Athletics RL +115 or ML +220 (However, play it safe with the run line*)

Orioles ML +220

Yes, i expect a lot of "omg ur crazy" reactions like last Tuesday which brought me a victory. Please note I don't make these "trap" picks for laughs, I really do a lot of research, going through the analytics and law of averages. There are no guarantees whatsoever but I'm confident that both games will be closer than expected.

Happy Friday! Sorry to disappoint my followers and supporters last night. 2 of the 3 games started out great but had bad endings to them. Looking to regain my throne and hook you up with some money tonight! Here are some picks that i feel really confident about:

TEX/HOU over 8

Dbacks are coming home after thrashing the Rangers and most bettors expect a letdown as they do not produce many runs at home and playing against a Brewers team that looks like they're finding their stride. However, the brews did not face Merrill Kelly in their career and he's been on a roll lately and is set up to have a good game in this one. 

Mets Giants under: WHat more can i say i think it's hard for anyone to pick an under 7 for a game the way the game is played now, that's a bold prediction in itself lol. 

Tigers money: without a doubt a trap game. Over 90% of bettors already have this set up as an easy win, which is always a set up for disaster especially without doing the necessary research. Simply going with my gut feeling on this while doing my research.

Looking good so far but still early. Never judge a book by its cover. I research differently than a lot of people yet.

A trap game is a game played against an opponent generally deemed to be easy to defeat. As a result a person or team may not prepare as thoroughly as they would for a formidable opponent. Often this attitude and its attendant lack of preparation lead to a loss.

Meaning almost the whole world (besides me) is guarantee a lock-in win for the Dodgers tonight. 

Someone like you laughed at a trap game choice i had this past weekend and had to pay me $300. J.s. lol

Explain to me how the Rockies lock is funny and your "Monster mismatch" in Milwaukee. Seems like your criticizing all picks (with the exception of yours of course). You must never lose. Hahaha lol

FYI - i stayed away from that Braves/Brews game. Why put money on a team who's really been struggling to scores runs, let alone obtain wins. They're still on my fading list as they facing someone they never seen before even if he struggled in last 'Triple-A'.
