I'm back to clear the PokerFan name,at least in my experience.Although everything I said in this thread was true as it was happening,in the end I have been able to recover my full remaining balance from the PokerFan site.It did take several weeks of emailing and live chat to get through the process, but I will say in the end that they came through. It seemed that right after I contacted Lou and made a few threads about what was happening there, that I started to receive some encouraging signs that I might actually get my money.Coincidence perhaps, but never underestimate the power of Lou!Thanks again Lou and Covers for the weekly freeroll.Anyone on here who still has money on PokerFan and having trouble,PM me if you want and I'll let you know what worked for me.Kind of new here with that stuff, always just been an anonymous lurker.Don't really want to blow them up in this thread,as it seemed like they really went out of there way to help me get my money. |

No I didn't mean it like you were bullshittin.I'm just suspicious of the support teams motives, still remains to be seen. And the only withdrawal options available to me are check, and a couple of ewallets that I have never used.Unfortunately the one Giant mentioned is not one of them. |

Thats funny they told me that they couldnt tranfer the money to another account on Merge. That was one of the solutions I offered them, but they said that they could not do that. |

Thanks to everyone for any information and/or experiences with PokerFan.I actually received an email today saying that they finally received my documents and my withdrawal is being processed. Not sure what happened, but I'll give props to Lou.The same day I brought this to his attention they have somehow now magically received everything.Pretty strange since I've been sending the docs over and over for weeks. We'll see,I will update. |

Thanks Giant,I will look into that option if I can get to that point. My problem is that they keep telling me that they are not receiving my id copy and verification form documents that I am sending by email. Also the upload documents option on their webpage does not work.Did you have trouble with this process before your first withdrawal? |

Yeah I'm sure PokerFan will make sure all of its players get paid.Because that's what pokersites that suddenly go under do.

In the middle of the night.Literally out of the blue, playing a tournament, receive email saying Pokerfan is shutting down immediately.Of course it lets me play out my last tourney and I go on to get 2nd place for $800.I now have a remaining balance of over $1300 in which I am fairly certain I will never see a dime of.I have been getting the run around for weeks after trying to withdraw some money, getting inconsistent lies and excuse after excuse. The writing has been on the wall for sometime, and to the people I've seen on here saying PokerFan screwed them or someone they knew over, they were right.Turns out the same thing has happened to me after winning some money from Covers weekly freeroll and parlaying that into $1300 over the last month or so.That's the risk you take when playing on these fly by night illegitimate poker site.I was just hoping that being a Covers sponsored site that this one might be different.Yes I have just been a lurker on here to this point, but I have to share my terrible experience.
