YTD: 56-62-6 Sadly we are nearing the end of the football season. That means conference games galore. Tonight we have two games from the MAC; BGSU (4-4-0) -13.5 & 48 vs CMU (3-5-0) M-Ohio (4-4-0) -12 & 48 vs Ball St (3-5-0) First game on schedule tonight takes us to Michigan where the MAC #4 BGSU take on MAC #10 CMU. Expect the weather to play a role here as temps will be in the low 60’s with 12 to 20 mph winds and rain. The last 6 MTGs between these teams they have split SU, ATS and the Under Total is 4-2. On a side note, of their last 6 H2H meeting all with the exception of the 2006 Mtg have been won by the visiting team both SU and ATS. Both Teams Score 27 PPG however on the Defensive side BGSU is much better in points allowed. The Green Falcons Defensive KO and Punt return team are superior and an area most people forget. Keep in mind that 2 of BG’s losses came at the hands of TaM and Penn St by 6 and 7 points on the Rd losing while entering those games as 21 and 34 PT Dogs. CMU games have gone OVER in 3/4’s of their games. Playing; BGSU -13.5 BGSU Over 48 Next we head to Ball St for the MAC #2 M-Ohio take on the #7 Ball St. when it comes to H2H the RedHawks have a clear advantage over the Cardinals winning 7 of their last 10 Mtgs including a 4 game win streak during said previous contests. When I comes to Ball Sts Defense, they are almost Defenseless. In all but Two Defensive categories the Cardinals rate over 100 plus nationally. They are rated as the 2nd worst in a few areas. However in the 2 categories that Ball St did come in under that century number the Cardinals rank #24 in Rush Att against them and #95 at pass Attempts against them.
Playing; M-Ohio -12 M-Ohio Over 48 BOLTA

At the casino so here is my quick thought. Lines opened here at 21.5 & 42 and has dropped 3 pts on both the spread and total. AFA has done well ATS vs Army and the OVER hasn’t since 2011. Army has scored 40 + in all but 2 games with one of them at 39. AFA lost to Navy by this spread and I believe that ARMY is better than Navy. |

YTD: 55-59-5 So after a day of Horse Racing I switch back over to Football. Three Games on the Docket to Break Down and hope I can find something good in tonights ticket.
GSU (2-5-0) vs UCONN (5-3-0) -7 & 48 USF (3-4-0) -2.5 & 47.5 vs FAU (2-5-0) SDSU (3-4-0) vs Boise St. (6-1-0) -24.5 & 56
UConn has been playing pretty well this year entering tonight’s contest and has won 4 of their last 5 games while posting a 5-1 SU HM record. In contrast GSU has yet to win a on the RD. One of those games Marshal beat them by 7 which just happens to be tonight’s line. GSU opponents have a better overall record than UConns Sheduled teams. UConn is better on both sides of the ball and has a much better scoring average. I simply can not get over GSU’s RD record. Playing; UConn -7
Game 2 is story of 2 bad teams. Poor records and play. Thus I see no Value here. PASS SDSU is hoping to find some kind of spark to get them going tonight. In their Last 9 Mtgs the Aztecs have owned BSU ATS wise staying under the posted Line 7 times and these teams enjoy scoring when they play each other as well. Look for San Diego to try and not embarrass themselves but it is a tall order vs Broncos. Playing; SDSU +24.5 SDSU Over 56 Good Luck All

YTD: 12-17-2 Houston (6-2-0) vs NYJ (2-6-0) -2 & 42.5 The Oddsmakers opened this game with Houston as the -1 RD Favorite with the total anywhere between 42.5 and 45 depending on which casino you checked. As of today most Books offer this game at Hou +1.5 or +2 and the total at 42.5. Losers of their last 5 games, the Jets need to find a way to keep their team healthy and put more pts on the board. That will be a tall task as Rodger’s is nursing a knee injury along with other pains and at his age, healing is a bit slower. Kicker Zuerlein has been placed on the IR which lends itself for additional pts with someone new. For me it’s hard to imagine the Jets as Home Favorite against these Titans. Playing; Houston +2 Houston Over 42.5 BOLTA |
