Three weeks ago this line would be significantly different. I had Navy circled all week. 

Navy’s offense looks different 288 yards vs Charlotte….310 yards and six turnovers vs Notre Dame….260 yards last week vs Rice. Navy QB Blake Horvath appears to be struggling with one or both thumbs. South Florida is starting to get some mojo now that new starting QB Bryce Archie is getting more comfortable under center….USF has played ROLL TIDE, Tulane, Memphis, and Miami while Navy has played the #123 schedule.

But that kept me away.

Southern Miss is one of the worst teams in the country (1-7).  Golden Eagles turnovers have been killer for this program. They've thrown 10 INT's this season while only throwing four touchdown passes. That's not what you want to see from a team that is very bad at running the football as well.

Sophomore running back AJ Turner, Marshal has one of the most lethal rushing attacks in the entire country. Turner is averaging 8.3 yards per carry on the road this season. First downs should come easily. 

I like the play myself. Go Marshal! 

Does anyone know the status of RB Cam Skattebo (1001 rush yards, 11 TD, 27 receptions)? Skattebo is third in the Big 12 in rushing. 

New starting QB Dylan Rizk looked good last week at home (218 qb rating) but Arizona State will have some film on him now.

 As a buckeyes fan, I had this game circled at the start of the season. We typically come out flat against a team we should beat easily (Nebraska).

Oh has that changed since the start of the season. I’m not worried about coming out flat against an undefeated ranked team. 

This is going to be a HUGE step up in competition for the Hoosiers. They have not played one team with a winning conference record YTD. As a matter of fact, they have played mostly all the teams at the bottom of the Big Ten. 

my prediction the Hoosiers will not know what hit them and not know how to play from behind. 

Just my thoughts.

Duke are 5-1 but they’ve had a lot of trouble SCORING the FOOTBALL vs Power 4 opposition (14,21, and 26 in 2 OT)….Florida St’s offense has been total garbage but the defense is coming around and they’ve booked 11 sacks in their L3G

Import good YtD record on Oklahoma St

but going up against Maximus phenomenal YTD record with his BYU pick.

Army has been an ATM so many ways all season. I found playing their FQ TT over each week to be profitable and not much sweat. 

Zero interest in these two teams and this game. But then I saw your post. Thanks for the winners!

It’s like the teams flipped this season. Vtech started off slow then looked better the last two weeks. Vandy OT loss doesn’t look so bad now. Boston College looked strong to start the season but has struggled recently. BC has only played one team that can run the ball (Missouri) and the Tigers rushed for 176 yards outgaining BC 440-298. BC has only put up 300Y of offense in one game over the L4 (319 vs Virginia). 

I have been going back and forth but leaning BC after seeing your selection.

interesting stats/trend Brent Pry is just 1-10 SU in one-score games as HC of the Hokies.

Fade alert! He let someone else change his mind on his Ohio State play because of their record. This never ends well. 

It’s hard to get behind that EMU total. 

Eastern Michigan is 5-0 ATS as we approach press time but their last two wins came against Kent St and “St Francis”….Also note that the Eagles are #85 in total offense and #76 in total defense despite playing the #163 schedule

if it’s a play against Miami….

they’ve played the #34 schedule in the nation (at Northwestern, Cincy, at Irish, at Toledo) and they’ve still got a veteran QB and a solid defense

So everyone is aware if you haven’t been following Homerun. The record is accurate and great! But it’s not thirty different teams. He picks one team with multiple alternate lines. For example, he has Oregon 4x. 

I get it a win is a win. Just wanted everyone to have some background on the record.
