created a topic Ultimate Race Sport Breakdown in Covers Help Hello Covers Team, Apparently, I have found out this is where we need to reach out to you guys in order to get things fixed. Several people are posting about glitches within the Ultimate Race. The main problem that has existed for over a week now is the individual records for each sport on the profile pages of everyone is skewed. The totals are not correct and it would be nice if you could make this fix before the race ends. It is truly amazing how slow you are to respond or reach out to your registered users when things like this occur. Can you please devote someone to oversee the race so that future issues are handled with a greater sense of urgency. created a topic Really COVERS? No answer for next race? in Ultimate Race Come on Covers...why do you leave everyone hanging as they anticipate the next Ultimate Race. There are several threads started from over 6 months ago wondering when the next race will begin or if you'll even have another, yet you don't respond to any of them. I understand you do this for free for our enjoyment, but it is also so that you have as many active users on your site as possible. That way you can charge more for advertising. The least you could do is keep people informed and not ignore their posts in these threads. Just a response is all it takes to keep your users happy and aware of what the plans are for the future. I'm calling his 4th CY and 5th ERA title this year, maybe along with MVP if he puts up a ridiculous year like 20 wins 250+ k's and ERA under 1.50 - We shall see!
