Im also confused in that matter, 1st Half o/u its only at 23 points! FSU on the vast majority of his games has scored those points by itself on the 1st Half (8 out of 11 games) and in other 2 games has scored over 23 with the other team on 1st Half, only 1 out of his 11 games the 1stHalf play has been UNDER23, im also very confused I thought given his recent 80 point victory the o/u would be on the roof!
