Thursday nighters have had a long streak of unders and this looks like a good spot for that string to be broken. Going to tail you on this Dkelley. Thanks.

Hey guys, haven't had as much time as I'd like to bet football but popped in to covers today and read this thread. Great insight from a lot of different angles. Definitely makes me want to take a closer look at this game and try to figure out a play.
Good luck this weekend.

Got the day wrong yesterday in NHL picks and split my picks 2-2. Got the day right today and hoping to go 2-0. Canes have been sneaking up on their
southeast rivals the past few weeks, picking up at least a point in 16 of their
past 19 games overall (9-3-7). Too little too late for playoffs but they do have
3 overs and 2 pushes in their past five games and they’ve played four-straight overs
on the road. BUF was 3-0-1 last homestand and looked
pretty good on the road until WPG. The Sabres now have just one home game to
recharge before heading out for back-to-back divisional road games vs. Boston
and Ottawa and I think each of these teams is going to bring it tonight. Played *2 units on the Over 5.5 at
plus money Also bet the Salami "Over"
11 at -110. Good luck all |

Huge card tonight and nine teams are sitting close to that bubble. Take all the madness you want out of basketball, I think the run the NHL playoffs is better (jmho). Sens at Bolts Bishop could be the next Lehner, meaning a handful of
good starts before getting the bus. But I think he’s going to have his hands
full with TB’s offense. TB +103 Avs & Wild Don’t know if this is a race to one, but if either one
of these teams scores two, they probably win. Under 5 -115 Bruins and the Over (1 unit each). Thomas is great vs. Leafs but he hasn’t been playing
his best hockey of late. Thinking Leafs get at least two and B’s take care of
rest. BOL! |

BOL Shimmer, I'm thinking 4-2 Ducks for that one too (if I had to pick a score). Would have considered EDM TT UN 2.5 but juice was -125 and if their PP gets too many chances, they could certainly get to 3.

Good luck Phat, I'm down for a few deniros on Ducks in regulation at even money.
My take on EDM PP is this: They have been quiet lately because teams are not giving them chances and the Ducks will have to be careful. Anaheim tallied 89 PIM their past three games and ranks fifth in the league for most penalty minutes per game (12.5) but a big part of that stat is made up by coincidental majors, where the Ducks rank sixth. Even without fighting they are 19th so they could get burned but there's is too much at stake right now to risk losing at home to a mediocre Oil team. Good luck! |

Oilers have not been doing much at home and their playoff hopes are dwindling but they could try and play spoiler against a Ducks team tonight that sits seven back of the eighth playoff spot in the West. Anaheim is 2-3 in its past five and has
1 over with 10 unders in their past 11. The Ducks have played just 2 overs in
their past 16 games and six consecutive unders at home. Anaheim is 4-1-1 at home
during that stretch, outscoring opponents 14-12 for an overall average of 4.33
goals per game. I think the money line is a bit high
for my liking but it’s also high for a good reason. Ducks stats are skewed by
bad start but the team’s really bought into Boudreau’s system past two months and
the contrast is startling. Dec: 3.54 GPG allowed (tied for
worst in league with TB) Jan: 1.75 GPG allowed (third best
behind STL and LAK) Feb: 2.20 GPG allowed (9th
best overall) The Ducks are 10-2-1 in their past
13 home games with just two of the wins coming in OT. Jonas Hiller is 8-2 in 10
starts vs. the Oilers, posting a 1.88 goals against average and he’ll square
off against Nikolai Khabibulin, who is just 4-10-1 on the road this year and
12-16-2 lifetime vs. the Ducks. The Ducks can’t afford to let this
opportunity slip away and if they play smart, disciplined hockey this is a
solid spot to back them in regulation. I'm down for a 3x bet on the Ducks -.5 (even) in 60 mins. |

Dallas hasn’t been playing great lately but they looked like Dallas of old when Dirk put up 40 against Utah. Think they can keep Thunder in range tonight and get the cover. Mavs +6.5 Also played: New Orleans +10.5 at Portland Orlando
-6.5 to cover at Toronto GL |

Second meeting for OAK City and Orlando and I’m looking forward to this one. OKC has covered 4 of last 6 but can’t buy a straight-up road win vs. Magic, but they are rolling so books say it’s goin to happen tonight. Both teams in back-to-backs, both have winning records in this spot but getting points on a home diggity that owns this opponent at home? I’ll take the dog please. Magic
stoked to be home and their D keeps this one tight. Playing the dog and the under. ORL +1 Under 192 Hope OT doesn’t
screw me! |
