Just been one of those seasons I think mate. Real hard to judge any team from top to bottom. You’ll be banging at pretty much 100% soon like you always do

Manly Sea Eagles ml @ Gold Coast Titans (1.74)

Parramtta Eels ml vs Penrith Panthers (2.50)

I think it’s crap Storm get West’s twice in the first 5 rounds. It’s like the league wants to confirm its top 4 birth by the end of origin. Why not give it to and team that could use a bit of a break, like this would be a perfect time for West’s to play themselves but obviously they can’t do that.

Port adelaide -51.5 vs Brisbane Lions (1.91)

Actually t2M I can’t see an underdog winning this week. The best chance I see is Bulldogs beating Bombers but I would never play that. I reckon all favourites are a good chance. My top 5 favourites in order (if you want to play a multi)

Port Adelaide -15, Freo ML, Geelong ML, Melbourne ML, Richmond ML

Fremantle to win vs Gold Coast is probably bet of the round T2m. Dockers are 1.47 but instead of the game being played at Gold Coast home ground (like it should be) it will be played in Perth, which is fremantles home ground and gives them a huge advantage over many teams. So I don’t think the bookies have quite adjusted. Even freo to win 15+ could be worth a bet but the ml @ 1.47 is great value and should be added into every multi.Geelong to win vs Eagles is another good bet as well. My favourite team is he eagles but I can’t see them beating Geelong after a loss. Geelong are paying 1.80 and I think that is hell of a lot of value. They’re better in every position than us

3-6 last week, but finished the weekend 0-5, so could’ve been better.

AFL record is 3-5.

Onto the next week, looking specifically at the Eels and Raiders game for NRL this weekend, could be money there. In saying that

It’s simple stuff from West’s tigers and I don’t know why it’s so hard for the rest of the league to do. How much do the offloads help them? They look for it every play, some teams go a half without looking for an offload. Not that hard to throw the ball to a person behind ya.

Duncan a late out for the cats but seriously how can you bet against danger and Jesus? Gary Abblett is the best player to ever play the game. There, I said it. Anyways think the Hawks are being a bit overvalued here. Don’t like them to make the top 8 at all while the cats are opremiership contenders.

surely they turn it around this game the eels. They do have talent, just a shit attitude it seems to start the year. West’s have looked like the best team in the comp but now it’s time for them to come back down to earth.

And the warriors demolish the Roosters without Shaun Johnson. Warriors trying their best for me to like them again. I’ll take it regardless.

Yeah, saw the line jump to 13 and figured only that could’ve been the case. Ah well may as well chalk it up as a loss now. Can only hope Roosters have a repeat effort of round 1.

Also if anyone is playing the NBL, I’ve had Adelaide since January @8 to win it all, even if I didn’t have that I would still take them to be Melbourne United today. I’ve backed them in the last two away games so I haven’t been successful but they did show in game 3 they can win in Melbourne.

And Jesus, I can’t believe I’m doing this but I’m looking at it more of a Roosters let down than a Warriors continue their great form. Don’t get me wrong I still think they’ll be good today but not like the last 3 weeks. Even still, I think Roosters still have growing pains to go through and playing one of the best teams in the league doesn’t help.

A sin bin for language as well. It wasn’t even an illegal move or anything, it was disagreeing with ref. While I generally don’t like players arguing with refs, to ever give someone a sin bin over it is ridiculous.
