If not it's a real shame! They fought fair and deserved it just like myself! No rules should take that away!

Two days ago I finally received the money , though instead of €680 , 650. Also no word about the hoodie or the replacement..

1 and a half month was needed!!

Understandable when there are some issues like they had opening the Skrill account, but then a fair side would say 'we were three weeks late with the payment so we'll offer something in return'.. Instead I was ignored in emailings etc..

Though as I've said many times, it's a great site concerning US sports, I've seen their dark side and won't surely not be idealizing them any more. F.e. the 'NHL Make picks' button is still alive ..

8 days after the 2 day's transfer delay from Covers bank account to Skrill, I still don't have my money and my emails are ignored as well!

18 days after their own 15 day payment deadline I can't reach them and as I see they haven't ben present in this thread since May too! And this thread was initialized by them to 'ease' claiming prizes! Almost lost hope here to see my $800...

And again, very unsportsmanlike from a sports site, not to say very unprofessional!

Skrill (former Moneybookers) works just fine for me and it's fast as well. I receive an instant mail alert every time money is sent to the account. For €10/year I have a card to withdraw funds via ATM. Ofc Skrill can only give you money if there is some and I really hope I'll see my Covers money today, after Colin reported of their Skrill account to be approved Thursday and setup and wait for 2 working days to transfer money there. I'll report when it happened!

Last Wednesday morning (a week ago) they've sent the additional required info to Skrill according to Colin. Skrill needed hours or a day top to react and open the account. Since then I've tried to contact Colin by mail but he's ignoring me. Not that I've not been paid but I'm not getting any info either.. I've lost my enthusiasm long ago.. It's ok to say your payment is going to be two days or a week late, opposite to our rules, but it's not OK ignoring mails of those, whose money you're holding!

5 days after their deadline of payment I don't even get info about the possible time of it. Last note from Colin was Wednesday, saying they sent all the required data to Skrill in the morning, meaning the account was opened then. So the 'play' with MY money continues and perhaps I should calculate the interest starting from their deadline of payment! Finally now I'm the one sounding pathetic and they're simply quiet, both here and in mails! Money matter nowadays shouldn't be conducted like this, that's for sure!

Today I received an answer from Colin, saying they're assembling the data for Skrill, which will be sent during the week!? So almost identical info that I got last Thursday. The needed data can be imo assembled in an hour and they need a week for that, ofc not thinking of the 15 day deadline they set up for payments. They just take their time as it wouldn't matter! Losing credibility, at least...

Day 15 since I sent the required data, which is also according to the Covers rules the last day they should pay the prize! They surely had enought time to set up the Skrill account! Last note from Colin was on Thursday and I didn't get an answer to my yesterday's mail..

Will report when/if smtg happens...

I won number 1 prize in NHL contest on 7th July (12 days) and after I asked for more precise date of payment I got a pretty arrogant answer, indicating I should be patient and for the more precise date I got the answer I'll be notified when Skrill is ready!? Adding 'I told you so in my initial letter.'

Sorry guys, but again it's not the way to handle answers ang giving information about the money, which actually belongs to me.. Looks like I'm free willingly supporting and funding Covers! :)

I'll be updating here about the case. I did see above that some guys are praising the immediate payment, which gives me hope I'll get it too..

Don't see why the Skrill  confirmation takes so long (mentioned in April!! already). Just tell us more precisely please!

Finally the mail arrived but with it also the info about the change of payment method and of course we should wait and be patient for that. Imho opinion that's not a right way to do it. Instead of finding a way to pay the winners they simply decided to stall it and hold the money! Not right! Therefore I'm asking in the name of us all, to use some Skrill account and pay the payable! Covers is the best place for following US sports and that's why I was quite surprised when it came to contacts. Firstly I didn't get my call answered as promised, then I didn't get my mail answered as promised and now I should be patient for the payment?! This is not how payments should go nowadays!
