I have no idea what is wrong with my computer, it has been acting weird all morning on the board. Sorry for the triple post.

2009:-10.79 units (-$1129) Been out of the gambling game for a few weeks just due to the lack of boxing action and nothing I really liked. I should have played against Arce earlier this week, I have no idea why I didn't at least throw a hundo against him. Like I said in Cee's thread I like Sylvester to be more active and take a decision. I think Skelton is either a live dog which will test Pianeta's chin or a spent bullet either way it makes me like the under at over 2-1. Katsidis doesn't know how to stay out of a fight, Escobedo could catch him with something because we all know Katsidis is open to a lot or he might not be able to take the pressure. Either way I feel strongly this doesn't reach the 11th. Mayweather all the way for me here, he is too big and I don't think JMM's speed and power will be as much at this weight. I think it's an easy night for Floyd after round 4. 3.0 units on Sylvester (-120) vs Lorenzo 1 unit on under 9.5 rounds (+240) in Skelton-Pianeta 3 units on under 9.5 rounds (+140) in Escobedo-Katsidis 1 unit on Mayweather ITD (+178) 1 unit on Mayweather ITD (+171) .50 of a unit on Mayweather in 7-12 (+319) |

Great call Cee. I was very tempted to do the same, but didn't know enough about know enough about Nongqayi. Great job.

Why so strong on Lorenzo Cee? I have some money down on Sylvester as I like him to outwork Lorenzo over the distance on friendly soil.

I agree if the KO comes it will be in the second half of the fight. Mayweather is just too big and skilled in my mind. He will have JMM busted up by round 7.

Oh and another thing I forgot to mention Cole's dad used to be commissioner. I don't think he is anymore, but this is just another example of Texas being at the forefront of boxing regulation and definitely the reason he continues to get gigs even with his awful track record.

I know it was for a bogus WBC belt at 130, but if anyone can track down the Gutierrez-Gulyakevich fight you should take the time to do it. It was as rough as they come.

Glad I stayed up to watch the card from south of the border after the Diaz fight and my horrible take there.
1 unit on Diaz ITD (+215) 1 unit on Diaz ITD (+210) .50 of a unit on Diaz in rounds 10-12 (+678) .50 of a unit on Smith ITD (+612) 1.15 units on Smith +19.5 points (-115) 1 unit on Gutierrez (+300) vs Gulyakevich .30 on Klassen-Guerrero Draw (+2500) .20 of a unit on Smith-Jacobs Draw (+3250) Won a whopping $50 for the week thanks to Gutierrez. |

Gutierrez wins a MD. Two cards were a bit to wide for him, but I thought he won. Glad I stayed up and glad there wasn't one more round to go. That fight was brutal.

What a fight from Mexico. It's over, I know no one probably saw it, but what a war. Gutti gets it on the cards I believe, he actually got screwed out of a kd with about a 5 seconds to go in the last round imo. Gulyakevich is relentless. Come on baby.

And you hit the nail on the head about what we all overlooked in this thread - Cole. Always out of position and a day late/dollar short. Yeah, it's the commission in the state and it's ridiculous; hopefully tonight sheds light on the core problem. They are willing to cave to pressure from whoever controls the money. Just another example; what is the only state in the US where Edwin Valero is cleared to fight even though he has the past medical history of a blood clot on his brain? You guessed it, Texas. Think Bob Arum has anything to do with that. I'm no medical expert and the kid can fight, but just another example of what goes on in that state. |

I know you did when younger bro fought Rahman (and won) but can you do it again? How low will the total be? I can't find one yet. Wait... one more. How in the blue hell is little bitty David Haye favored 2/1 over Valuev? I'm looking forward to the Mayweather undercard I think more then the main event. I think Mayweather wins, how depends on how comfortable he is and how much he is willing to risk. I think Klit pounds Arreola and it won't last long. He takes his time, but with Arreola it won't matter because he will be stationary and willing to engage. I like under 2.5, just kidding. I like Haye over the giant, but you are right, he hasn't done enough to be the fave 2-1 in Germany. I think we might actually see the Giant fall like a tree and man will that be a sight. |

Looks like I might get bailed out by Gutierrez against Gulyakevich for the Diaz losses. He's winning handily through 5 including a point deduction, but the Belarusian is hanging tough.
