A battle between two defensive minded squads that will surely end in the 50s or low 60s. Virginia has been impressive, but doesn't this scenario favor the underdog getting 8 points? Trying to talk myself into Cuse, but after watching what they did to Iowa st. it seems crazy to bet against the Cavs... Thoughts? created a topic Vegas getting pounded... in College Basketball So as far as I can tell Vegas got absolutely rocked the last couple days in the sweet 16. 7 out of 8 favorites won and covered with the exception being Syracuses victory over Gonzaga last night. Anyone think it's possible for this trend to continue? This is something we typically don't see especially at such a crucial time of year for the books. Looks like the biggest game of the weekend by far for them will be Kansas/Villanova with 70% of the public loaded up on the Jayhawks. Maybe I'm reading too far into this, but it seems very unlikely that the public would continue it's absurd run. Everyone I know is putting the house on Kansas... Is Villanova the play today boys??? Only 1-1 in here with my $$$$ picks but I follow along everyday. This line opened around -8 then went into free fall when Tyrone Wallace went out. I feel like we're getting a huge bargain here as Cal still has 2 NBA stars on its roster that will light it up. I also read that Hawaii struggles shooting the three ball (32%) and relies on getting points in the paint. Feel like it's gonna be tough for them to bang with the big boys down low if that's there plan, this ain't the mountain west conference! My $$$$ play is on the sooners to take out WVU tonight in this big 12 matchup. Buddy Hield is EN FUEGO right now, dropping 39 on Iowa st. last night and I don't see West Virginia being able to slow him down. Sooners have swept the season series, stomping WVU by 14 in Morgantown a couple weeks ago. Oklahoma has the ball handling skills to decipher the WVU press, and has the energy down low with Spangler and Lattin to battle star Mountaineer Devin Williams. WVU handled a terrible TCU team yesterday, but they will have trouble containing Buddy and the Sooners tonight! Ignore the ATS trends favoring WVU, and roll with the best player in the NCAA and Oklahoma. This is a different team then we saw down the stretch, and they're rolling in with a head of steam after an impressive win over Iowa st. Providence is also coming on and I will be on the +9 tonight vs. Nova tonight. Lets make that money boys! Great job guys! As for tonight I'm loving the Virginia Tech Hokies +5 for my $$$$ play!! This team is riding RED HOT into the conference tourney and I see no reason why they can't pull this win outright.
