Think that will be a bloodbath kind of game and the Shockers can match the Panthers on the glass with their physical style of play. Any thoughts? I think they out-Pitt the Panthers by being more physical on the boards and suffocating them on the defensive end. I'm only making two bets in Round 1. I'll be betting $500 on the Shockers + the points and $200 on the Wichita State ML. I believe they are the best bet on the board. Good luck. replied to Spring Training Friday in MLB Betting Oh, and for those who care I'm a VCU grad and I'm hitting the Over VCU/St. Joes 133 for $500. Rams missed 25-of-32 3-pointers in the first meeting and the score was still 92-86. Game went into OT but still the pace was nuts. Total is lower because of the way St. Joes plays but VCU speeds them up. Rams caused 20 turnovers in the first meeting. I don't bet games my own teams are in often because I prefer to watch them without money on the line but I think with the way VCU plays, this sets up for one of their crazy games with a potential for a lot of points. Totals are tough to call because the pace of the game can change early but if VCU can cause some turnovers in the first 10 minutes, we will be in great shape here.
