Imagine you’re stranded on a desert island, weary of fish after years of isolation. You’re given a chance to escape by correctly picking the outcomes of two games. Your options are:

You can tell by my name I'm a jax resident. And likely a little biased. I rarely post. I think I'm. 500 or so on posted picks. And don't keep track of them honestly. As a now fan, that moved here 10 yrs ago, I can tell you this city is waiting and expecting this team to put on a show for the national audience tonight. We are a small market team, and the rest of the nation thinks we're the same ole jags. And hey....you can make an argument for that if ya try hard enough.
But with 3 losses to KC early, an upstart Texans team who is better than anyone thought they would be...whom we avenged that loss.....and SF who I think is the best team since the 92 Cowboys.....@ 8-3, I think the jags are as good as anyone else in the AFC. KC included. The real test will come v Baltimore in a couple weeks.
Back to tonight.....Im putting my hard earned dollaz on the Jags and hammering 1h -6 and may hammer under 14.5 for cincys tt. It's the spot this franchise and team have waited for since last years miracle comeback v the chargers. The stadium will be packed. It will be loud. It's a black out in the stands.
Jags win 35-10 |

@Rebel27 How did I lose you by stating a fact? Kelce is better than Engram. Was simply pointing out where I thought they were better.
Good luck on your bet |

First of all, let me say....im a Jags season ticket holder and Jax resident. I am also very real when it comes to betting sports. I bet against the jags and all my favorite teams when the money says to. That said.....
Offensively, the jags have what I consider the better offensive weaponry. Kelce, if healthy enough to be Kelce is better than Engram. But that's it. Well....Mahomes is certainly Mahones, but with a limited Kelce, and a receiving corps that has maybe 1 legit starter....Trevor isn't at a deficiency imo.
Dougie P is an Andy Reid disciple. This chess match will be fun to watch. Who's gonna spring one more surprise than the other?
This game is gonna be won or lost on defense. The jags have a suspect D at times. With a 3rd down D that often times resembles a local pop Warner squad. KC certainly didn't look like the 85 Bears last week, vs a team that looks very similar to the Jags.
If Jax can limit a banged up Kelce, and keep mahomes from slicing them up on 3rd down, the jags will have every opportunity to win. I think the 3 is too much to give the jags that will have upward of 60k rabid jag fans rocking the house. The line is likely inflated due to the fact that the rest of the country refuses to accept KC is human this year and the Jags have arrived.
Jags +3 with some ML sprinkled in.
Good luck and I hope you all cash big! |

@TD3 KC seems very pedestrian without kelce. I'm a Jax native. And a little biased. But the talent on the offensive side HEAVILY favors the jaguars. Defense will win or lose this game. The jags D is suspect. I expect the last team with the ball to win. With that said...too much fire power from the Jags. Jags 31-KC 28 |

Assuming a route by OSU? Given your logic of a good defense limiting SJSU, seems like you assume a lop sided game. Just trying to understand your logic. I like OSU also. |

Rarely post, but have strong feelings about this one. Much like the UNC v USC game on Saturday, I feel like the better team (16 starters returning) witht he better QB wins this in a back n forth highly contested game. May come down to who has the ball last, and I hope it's FSU.
Jordan Travis will be the better of the 2 QBs and with the experience FSU has coming back, in front of a Florida crowd, I expect them to be fired up and not afraid of the moment. LSU travels as well as anyone however.
I'm taking the Noles in this one, though my Hurricane loving heart is fighting me on it. Hoping for a favorable line move as the higher ranked opponent is favored and the public likes to pick favorites. Will likely buy a pt or pt and a half.
GL and happy wagering....tail or fade. |
