This line is ridiculous.
Raonic fails hard against any real competition. |

A beat up Gronk. I've seen the Pats without him, and they are not the same. Not sure which Gronk we are getting. With a health Gronk, I'd take NE -5 all day. But with question marks, I think the under is just the way to go here.
Anyone else concerned about Gronk?

I don't see it.
Arizona can stop the run; Minnesota is nothing when they can't run. Minnesota is without their best 3 defenders, making their defense really average. Minnesota has never been great on the road. I think ARZ -8 is the way to go.

Love the Browns this week. Think they win outright.

Anyone else concerned about this? I think this opens the door from the Browns.
Any insight as to how good the replacement guys are? I

This looks to be a week of huge upsets. I think the Browns, Jags, Vikings, Rams and Texans are all legitimate threats.
Who are you on? I'm leaning New Orleans.

This feels like the game no one is talking about.
Brees is back (and at home) Their cornerbacks are back. Dallas is hurting. Brandon. Weeden. What am I missing here? I like New Orleans. |

Hey Suuma,
I enjoy your posts. Just wondering as to your thoughts on the Raiders, and why you like them. The Ravens have a good O-Line (even with the loss of Monroe), and should be able to run all over the Raiders. And with Nate Allen and Woodson likely both out, I don't see how this defense poses a threat to them. Then, on Raven's D-Line, yeah they lost Suggs, which is big; but, they are still solid all around; and especially facing a mediocre offense in the Raiders. I don't see this one being close. Would love to hear your thoughts.

Tough week IMO. Lots of favourites in prime positions to lose. At this point, I'm leaning Dallas, even with the Scandrick injury.
Thoughts on the best play on the board for a survivor pick (i.e. to win straight up)?

Am I the only one who thinks Geno's glass jaw just made the week 1 game a great pick to take the Jets? Fitz is an upgrade IMO.

Bobby Wagner is the key to the Seattle D, and he's still there. But, they will feel the loss of those other pieces for sure. Without Unger, last year this team was not the same. I expect a big regression, and also see an 0-2 start. Definitely a loss in week 2 at GB; maybe they can eek it out against STL in Week 1, but they do not match up well with them at all.

I'd like to think he can get back in this; but he can't break Ilhan. Ain't gonna happen.
