I've deposited on Bookmaker in the past and lost. When I looked at payouts it looked pretty annoying and complicated anyway so I don't deposit there anymore.

I would think it's not automatically over until the player is down because he who makes the inteception could still fumble it himself and the original passing team could pick it up and then return it for a TD themselves. That's why they fall on the ground when they intercept it in those situations.
