replied to KING'S CFB WEEK #4 THOUGHTS/GRADES in College Football BETH COOK- #8 FSU....seminoles scheduled this game?lol FSU = B- BC = D-(only reason not F is they got in endzone) NTEX- #9 GEO.....in what was a tie game in 3rd q(unacceptable),turned out to be a rout in which we all expected...lets be honest a lucky 99yd kickoff ret and a blocked punt in endzone got them 14 pts or its not close in 3rd...look at stats,its not close!! GEO = B-(would be a A- but need to work on their special teams) NTEX = C-(D without 2 big(lucky also)st plays) SMU- #10 A&M.......in what was a penalty fest on both sides with over 200yds in penalties the much more talented team won lol(i mean the only way smu had a prayer here is if a&m was the only sloppy penalty team)...but smu cant go punch for punch with aggies cause this is what happens A&M = C-(way to many penalties and yards given up) SMU = D #15 MICH-UCONN.....i can sit here and rip the wolverines more than praise them for this escape,yes escape not win....4 turnovers and only 111 yds passing?...uconn should have won this game! created a topic KING'S CFB WEEK #4 THOUGHTS/GRADES in College Football REMEMBER THIS IS ONLY THE TOP 20(ESPN POLL) #3 CLEM-NC.ST.....as much as people burried the tigers on here for having a close call(not covering)and i agree to an extent they looked pretty bad for the majority of game,i still have to give their def.(which nobody talks about)a bit of credit for winning this game for them,since their normal high octane off. was stuck in neutral on this night.....as for the wolfpack,well i wont go as far as some on here and say they should have won....but they did have a good chance into the 3rd q and that was all u can ask for them to still be in the game that late,lol....a sub par effort by both off.,def. came to play for both! CLEM = C-(D if not for def.) NCST = C #1 ALA-COL.ST....the vintage tide def returned to what we are accustomed to seeing by them normaly today(now lets see if its here to stay)....held the rams to 51 yards on ground....now on off. side the tide was no machine but did not have to be on this def. big showing day! ALA = B- COL ST = D(cant be anything more when u score only 6) #23 ASU- #5 STANFORD.....well after asu escaped last week with that last 20 sec. farse they came crashing to reality today that they really not that good!....the cardinal punished them from the start and this score is only cause they took their foot off asu's throats in 4th....cards def. was great again allowing just 50 yards rushing(asu piled garbage pass yards in 4th down 32 pts so dont look into that much) if u only rush for 50 yards against top 5 teams u not winning!!
