not sure about him, from everything ive seen about David White though he changes his number to different 215 numbers and he claims to live in whatever city the player is from. So far from the people ive talked to he is currently living in Dallas, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Miami, and Chicago. Its all a lie. What website was this Ryan guy using

The guy is a criminal that is finally about to be brought down, he wouldnt stop harassing me over money that was not owed to him. I was finally forced to contact the police tonight and I forwarded all of his self-incriminating emails and voicemails over to them. He is currently using the username Jackwelsh77 for anyone else that he tries to scam. He will make up a fake name, and then tell you to send money to his "runner" David White. Beware of anyone claiming to be a bookie on this site with a 215 area code

Any help anyone? I searched his name and there were a few threads on him and people complaining that he was a stiff and a scam artist, but the guy is threatening to come to my work and harass me over a payment that i already sent and have proof of payment for. Anybody with info on him PM me plz
