I'm seeing reviews for them on the web that say they don't take new US players.  Does anyone know if players with an existing account are able to cash out with them?

I used them 3-4 years ago and didn't have a problem, but wasn't sure if something changed.

That happens from time to time.  They'll send you a new one.  It's not uncommon for a bank to freeze the account of the holding company that's issuing the check.
