What could be happening is that if you are checking IP addresses, I may have similiar IP addresses as others if I use the same proxy as others. In order for me to play contests, I have to use a proxy to get through my ISP's firewall. I actually pay a monthly subscription to proxify.com in order to have the safest proxy because the assure you of being free of viruses. This may be a popular proxy among your members.
