Great analysis in your initial post. +1500 would have been amazing to hedge with but +800 is great especially with Argos +350 or if you hedged early +400 or +425 I believe.

 What do you mean "fixed"? The contest is over since the top 10 spots on the finish line have been filled.

 You just have to keep an eye out for the announcement. They give plenty of notice weeks in advance. Lately only one race per year starting in the fall but you never know when another might pop up.

Doh, I missed your Super Bowl prop contest.  I feel silly now since I posted that a Super Bowl prop bet contest would be cool. I'm sure I would have won the $Million too  Oh well I will keep an eye out for it next year.

I started bad and although I clawed my way back into top 30 it was a little too late to reach the cash.

I won this past week's weekly prize (THANK YOU K.C. CHIEFS and a push in NCAAB game on last day). I haven't received an email to confirm info for prizes though. Is that something that is still done and is just delayed or am I supposed to contact someone from covers?

March madness bracket or NHL, NBA (NFL next year) playoff brackets would be cool.

Super Bowl, Grey Cup props could be a cool contest.

Prop bet contests could also be something to consider.

Doing something with whiney people too would also be something to consider.
