Your automatic stop / limit levels take care of the rest literally while you're sleeping. Nothing waking up to see more loot in your account from the night before when you fell asleep For me personally its like hitting up the gym. I gotta warm up before I hit the weights heavy Just me though....... Probably take a few weeks to knock the rust off, set up a game plan, get caught up to speed news wise, get an account going, etc.... Everyone is different though Its most important to have a plan of attack My ways are to get into the game slowly and getting a feel for the markets through mad different angles Yes that takes more time but if its our friend and not our enemy, then we're cool Just like a balloon, if you squeeze it at one end it will expand at the other end Through the fundamentals as above ( by trading off the new of the day ) it takes more time to be involved and have a plan of attack On the plus there is so much more opportunity for profits cause of all the international news going on 24-7 6 days a week in the forex along with knowing how the other financial markets, geo-political news, and weather trends can all effect the forex market. Utilizing certain software, websites, networking with other people, can also save you a lot of time for technical analysis style by placing your trades through reading the charts alone without the news of the day through fundamental analysis If you want go check out bucknuts over at investment forum and he'll be glad to help you along your way in which you seek by investing little time to make some loot. I think too he's got a somewhat simple strategy just be reading off the charts and from there placing his trades. No need to be intimidated by a new avenue of making money It took time but I taught myself and still have way more to learn just as I am with sports betting. And money management wise its a lot like sports betting with your BR. Only its all about levering, and the % of your portfolio at play If you want, you can friend me and / or bucknuts up so we can PM you by some websites with plenty of info to learn with and great forums like this here where just as we are on the same page here against the books - cats in these forums are all on the same page in forex trading and making money any way you think of Great resources but respecting the policy here its not allowed to publicly post them up which I respect. He might have them posted up in his thread somewhere or at least prior months threads or something, he knows At the end of the day its great of you to ask and I appreciate it We're all in the same boat here with the same mission Hopefully on the side you can slowly and correctly get your feet wet over time and then you can add the forex game to your arsenal in bringing home the bacon The more, the merrier......... You'll love it, its like crack Let me know what's up if you're still interested .................. |

I haven't been around much lately rob but do like what your up to
I remember that it was brought up earlier in the thread about the unders having a somewhat similar record with this format Would it be an idea to in turn follow what smitler is doing and play both sides or you think that's reinventing the wheel Or just playing the home team??? Jut saying........ You know what I mean??? I am noticing plenty of these series going deep and that could leave one with short fingernails even with good MM over the long haul All in all good stuff though |

Smitler does have a point
Kangy 1st brought this up around Christmas with the system weakening. I don't have the # 's but I too was thinking of a fade angle this long into it or just waiting for A game to lose then just playing the B and C games cause one thing for sure is that for about over a month now these chases have gotten deeper more often ............... |

Hoops is on point
Safely would be when your BR reaches $50,000 Successful cappers in the long run utilize anywhere from 1 - 5 % on each play on their BR Up to you on how you go from here |

Pat......... Always appreciate what you bring to the table here and elsewhere but................. All -200 favs aren't as bad as you think Yes one part of a good tasting sandwich is a quality MM which does look good here The other part is having a top performing winner of a system in which to utilize that MM for optimum units Now for an example Debo15 is sharing a system others and I elsewhere have cooking He is posting our NHL plays here in the NHL forum Here they are 28-8 on the ML with yes........ a good amount near or past the dreaded -200 figure and more lines to get steeper as the season goes on As famously quoted........ "Fear causes hesitation......... And hesititation causes our worst fears to come true" Since 12/1.......... 73-26 or so give or take a few offhand On the ML If one were to be skeptical on this record......... That's ok I would be too on the surface I would have no problem sharing the parameters so the back testing can be confirmed Gotta keep it honest Now unit wise can't say cause cats are playing the system differently with the -1 line, .5 reg line, -1.5 / PL's, parlays and round robins. Point is that these options could help too with MM in selecting how to play a system Me personally, I won't eliminate a play based on the juice cause that's what Vegas wants us to do as it wins. More or less I capp the match up and not the line but do put its value into perspective I use other methods to get lost units back on high juice losses As per MLB when many heads take the RL over the ML and the team wins by 1. Also with cutoffs I respect how people filter out plays due a high juice figure If it ain't broke......... Don't fix it / yes But I know what your saying though Mr. Bateman, can't disagree lltb43........... I don't know the # 's but............. There are some old simple ML systems to follow if your interested if you already don't have something up your sleave I haven't put the time in to see if they're up to snup but you never know BOL.................. |

Great work man..........
Using your insight for about a week or so I have been eyeing the NBA with the 4th game as a filter I got so far 8-1 with Sac losing all 3 now But for me personally I am using the modified labouchere ( https://platinumsportsinvesting.com/labourchere.aspx. ) so the series only cost me -5.76 units I will also be spreading my lost units over the few series on top of the original profit goal to get them back I may look to go down to 3 gms as a filter but noticed there could be more losses as more wins too. If chasing longer could avert losses but its also how we chase .................. ............... |

Don't blame ya rob
Over the river............ Or through the woods............ To grandma's house we go........ As long as we get there For those who know what there doing......... Its up to you individually to fade or not play according to the system My opinion as long as you have a plan to still utilize your units wisely as per wagering, then go for it But kids........... Don't try this at home If it backfires - boo hoo There's no crying in sports betting We're on our own when we go off the reservation according to a system. I've done it myself too for better and for worse Guys.......... Not to worry if we a series loss here. Its bound to happen sooner or later - its part of the game This is still a great strike rate for profiting units My take is if the series loses......... Carry the lost units over the next several series or so to get them back, that's all If you modified labbying it, even more power to you We win like men............ And lose like men.............. ................ - ya'll ......... - Kangy for post # 703 - agree |

sahlsa..........
I understand what your trying to say but........... Say until there could be some filters derived, wise conservative MM can hedge against any big losses while still accumulating units. Also like smitler........... The un and ov could be played to chase both sides based from above results Too much??? Ahhh............... I may look to hop on next week or so Just gotta move some mountains real quick Thanks Rob Canada really needs your squad to get their weight up Can't wait, it'll be great for the sport ................... |

But what about the action .......... Using the same parameters in this thread supplement the lost action with playing the top 10 or whatever teams with home records on at least a 3 game home stand Just throwing it out there as an opinion Somewhat similar to what smitler is doing in his thread I would use some filters Look ahead and don't play conflicting rd and hm teams against one another Look at the past 7 to 10 games and or the past 3 to 7 home games to filter out a team that could be slumping Hey.......... It happens when you least expect, this is gambling There will be hight juice involved here too so that's why I would recommend similar and maybe some more filters to what McBain has provided ..................... |

Oh shit I got now......... -
Good stuff my man - Can't go wrong with mitigating risk I may apply that too into some fine cooking I'm working on Logically speaking is there a downside to this? Other than that I can't place more $$ on the picks I like better (which I am avoiding - just using this and aiming to go >50%) No need to reinvent the wheel Stick to the program and wager each play evenly Utilize the power of your MM scheme along with your chase system parameters Also remember when I PM'ed you on how I am doing the labby? Well maybe also every how many games or so raise your profit margin goal a little. Its relative to how much and when but that could give ya some wings too .................... |

Here ya go my man...........
This or any other variation of chasing which are out there too could help make up for those lost units Brought to us by a fellow soldier in arms fighting the good fight against the odds makers https://platinumsportsinvesting.com/labourchere.aspx. Now for a season's length the odds will be on our side Only if one were racing in the marathon and not a sprint "The price is wrong......... Bob" Extra points to where that quote's from |

Guys - guys - guys.........
Good stuff here, I like it but................ Its all about money management Yes I understand the results But by altering and adjusting the chase scheme's, one could accumulate a lot more units with those same numbers above Just an opinion here: To be successful in this business not only do you need to have a solid system or whatever to pick the plays with whatever odds, but the other part of the sandwich is how you utilize you money management with in your wagers to overcome the losses and consistently build units in the long run. With a little tweaking in how one would chase with this system, there could be some gold here ...................... |
