created a topic Heritage Bitcoin Issue in Gaming Industry - US Last night I go to make a bitcoin deposit with Heritage and immediately get greeted with a message saying they have encountered a "technical" issue with the prcessor of their bitcoin wallet, and to send all deposits to a generic address they provided and call customer service to have it confirmed. I thought this was odd but being Heritage has never done me wrong I did it anyway. We are now going on 18 hours later, no money in my account, and numerous calls to customer service providing what they required. It's been confirmed at least 70 times according blockchain. I've been gambling online for a long time and know that "technical" issues with processors and no answers/solutions to your questions usually means doom. Just an FYI for heritage guys.
